Exercise is not an option! You will elevate your workout with the Moveball by

doing “bang for your buck” interval training while incorporating the bike.

Moveball is an exciting, innovative training system for everyone. Bring a towel!!

Strength Fusion Instructor: Jamie-Dee Marshall

Push your own personal strength: using weights, TRXs and other equipment.

Your muscles will be tired! Strength will help you stand stronger and taller for

Mega Mix Instructor: Jamie-Dee Marshall

This high energy, ever changing class will hit you with cardio, strength, core,

H.I.I.T. It! Instructor: Lavona Sjolie

High Intensity Interval Training incorporating intervals of cardio and strength

with various fitness modalities (Bosu, Moveball, Step, TRX, Kettlebell). This class is

designed for the AVID fitness enthusiast! Class alternates between FGH Grotto

and CLC Track/Gym.

Spin Express Instructor: Raelynn Notley

Need a great workout but don’t have a lot of time? Spin Express a high cardio

indoor cycling class that leads you through hills, mountains, and terrains using

a great workout, that’s fun and fast so that can enjoy your day knowing that

your workout is done.

areas. The focus is abdominals, hips, gluteus, and thighs with a relaxing stretch.
