First page that present the current Architects and Projects, to help the administrator or the owner to know the status of his office.On the left there are five Icons, Employees, Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Projects.On the right there is a calendar, you can choose any day and write the appointment that you want or write any memo.


HOME PAGEIn the middle of the page: You will find two tables, the above one show the current exist architects with their full data, names and ID. Start time and end time of daily work, name of the project and the phase of each architect, to be easy to monitor your architects.

The second table below shows the current projects, name and ID, and all other details.

On the right hand in home page: Insert all the memos you want and the appointments in each day of the calendar that exist on the right hand.


HOME PAGEOn the above left:There is a notification, this will appear to the administrator or any level of managers, this is the daily of time sheet of each architect, when they open their computers and start to work, it will appear in the mean table in home page, when he write name of project and how many hours did he work, and name of phases, this will appear in the notification and will be added to his time sheet and his salary sheet.

Automatically his absence and bonus or penalty, will be calculated and appear in his salary page and evaluation page.

In each project you will find a green ruler that express the project evaluation, and a current comparison between the estimated cost and time and the actual cost and time, to know automatically the balance scorecard of the project progress.

On the bottom:• You will find many tabs, first two tabs about the Time Schedule of each

Architect and Project.• The second two tabs are about the Evaluation of Architects and Projects,

just choose architect name and time [month and year], you will find the evaluation of his work and everything about him.

• In project evaluation, choose project name, it will appear all the expenses and the work flow evaluation.

• The last two tabs are about the Template of everything you need in your work [contract, site report, letter head, etc.]. Just click on any one of them, it will open in its program, then click save as and fill it as your cases.

Insert whole details of each Item and put user name and password for each employee. Choose the type of each employee, to identify the level of security.

Inter Full details of each project in the first page of it; insert client name, the contract, location photos, and all the administrative data about the project.

On the left hand: Settings, Employees, Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Projects

Choose all the engineers that will work in each position. [Architects, design manager, supervisor, reviewer, coordinator, project manager, site manager, site engineer etc.]Choose the name of the consultant in each specialist, and the name of the contractor and his suppliers.

Insert full data that presents in each phase of the project.Insert the expenses of each phase, the paid fees, to know what is the fees remain in each phase.
