Lightning strikes fire safety for bulk ASTs and other facilitiesWe supply effective products that prevent lightning strikes. These include the retractable grounding as-

sembly (RGA) suited for Oil & Gas ASTs with Floating Roofs (FRTs). It is a Lighting Eliminators & Consul-

tants (LEC) product, a Colorado based American company with whom we have the Southern, Central

and Eastern Africa distributorship rights.

The RGA conforms to both API 545 and NFPA 780 recommendations and is supported by API 545 as a

bypass conductor.

Health, Safety, Security Environment & Quality Compliance Management Safety in the industries we operate in, is a number one priority. We provide oversight for clients during onsite facilities construction and maintenance to ensure full compliance to HSSEQ standards as per the OSHACTs and any other regulatory requirements.

We carry out standards and HSSEQ compliance audits for clients including gap analysis and providing recommendations for corrective action.

We coordinate and facilitate, safety forums among contractors/service providers to discuss synergy and continuous improvements in HSSEQ.

We have carried out comprehensive HSSE audit and completed hazards identification and gap analysis with recommendations for the entire petroleum products facilities at the following locations:

Facilities & Engineering Management Site Development & ConstructionWe provide ‘cradle to grave’ engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) consulting. This includes selecting and managing appropriately qualified service providers, supervision and proj-ect management of downstream and upstream oil & gas and pharmaceutical facilities.

Maintenance & Upgrades » We help our clients to maximise their existing petroleum products and pharmaceutical products

Designs & Approvals We create and deliver world class designs for manufacturing, stor-age, distribution and marketing facilities (oil & gas terminals, service stations, pharmaceutical plants, etc.).

We have recently completed design, drawings, council submission and obtained council approval for the following projects:

Asset Management We assist our clients in: » Managing tank and other assets replacement and upgrades in-

Project Management We leverage the world class experience in project management that our staff possess. They have assist-ed clients in various parts of the world in delivering various projects in the development of downstream oil & gas and pharmaceutical production, storage, distri-bution and marketing facilities on time, with superior quality and within budget.
