In honor of Sam Colts 200th birthday, we produced a true masterpiece.The commemorative pistol features double gold bands on the cylinderand a single band on the barrel w ith a gold-plated hammer, trigger andaction screws. The barrel itself features Sam Colts signature inlaid withgold. The cylinder features the Colt Dome engraved on the right side,and his likeness on the left side. All parts are finished in the signatureColt Royal Blue - all crafted by the experienced craftsmen in the ColtCustom Shop.

HANK KUGACZEWSKI My father introduced me to shooting. My most special memory was the first timehe reached to his side, took his revolver out of his holster, unloaded it and handed it to me. He lectured me about safetyand responsibility as I held that pistol, and I clearly remember the Colt on the diamond wood grips. I recently purchaseda Detective Special just like my fathers. It wasnt an easy find. Ive been able to pass on the traditions and memories Ishared with my father to my son.

The Colt 1991 Series is a direct descendant of the

original Colt model of 1911. A long trigger, flat

mainspring housing and original style recoil spring

system remain from the original M1911 design.

Upgrades from the original include white dot sights

and a lowered ejection port for extra reliability. It

still remains the standard that everyone tries to

imitate, but no one duplicates.

steel slide stop. Front and rear sli de serrations come standard along with Novaksights. The Colt

The Colt Gold Cup is known as the finest shooting semi-automatic

local club matches through the National Matches at Camp Perry.

STEPHANIE BERSCHMy Dad taught me how to shoot his3rd Generation Colt Woodsman Match Targetat a very early age. He always taught me that girls could do anything that boys could do,

and to never set a limit on myself. This gun is special to me because it is something I shared only with my Dad, and knowing that his littlesharpshooter made him proud made me very happy. To this day, this is still my favorite gun. Its such a classic and so well made, and I

love cleaning it and polishing it back to a gleam after shooting it. It always makes me smile knowing its been a part of my life for so long.

The legend of Colt continues in the New Frontier, Single Action Armyrevolver. From 1888 to 1895, Colt

manufactured a variation of the venerable Single Action Army with a uniquely different profile. The Flattop

Target Model was fitted with an adjustable leaf rear sight and a blade front sight. Colt has taken this concept

several steps further to bring shooters a reintroduction of a Colt classic. The New Frontier has that sleek

flattop design with a rear sight that is adjustable for windage and elevation along with a target ready ramp

front sight. The New Frontier is offered in .44 Special and .45 Colt in various barrel lengths. These guns are

meticulously finished in Colt Royal Blue on both the barrel and cylinder, with a color case hardened frame.

Finishing off the classic package are hand fitted w alnut stocks with gold Colt medallions.

JUSTIN HJULSTROM When I got to basic training in Ft. Leonard Wood, MO, I was issued a Colt M16 A2. I qualifiedwith it on the first round. When I was deployed to Iraq, I was issued a very old M4 at Ft Dix, NJ. It was the oldest rifle in the armory.I zeroed it on the first three shots, hitting dead-center. I qualified 40 out of 40 shots on my first try - I didnt have to adjust onesetting on that rifle. That day, I went b ack to the barracks, called my local gun shop and demanded a Colt. Then I got my wife aColt Mustang. I trusted my life with Colt in Iraq, and I trust them with the safe-keeping of those I hold the most dear.

(7.62 x 51 NATO) has the modularity and versatility you need. Its free-floating barrel andone-piece monolithic upper receiver provide exceptional accuracy. The revolutionary lower

receiver and bolt carrier design enable the upper receiver group to be easily swapped outfor any Colt MilSpec upper receiver chambered in 5.56 x 45 NATO (.223 Remington), without

tools, in under a minu te allowing the rifle to be reconfigured be it for whitetail deerhunting in Maine, or long distance target practice at the range. All Colt Modular LE901 rifles
