Bayley’s Camping Resort...
The resort is located just half a mile from 7 miles of pristine sandy beach. We offer 2 complimentary beach shuttles. They run
daily, in-season, on the hour to Pine Point Beach and Old Orchard Beach with its
historic pier.
Our staff is here to help you enjoy your stay with us. Whether you want to “do it all” or just quietly sit by the campfire and relax,
Bayley’s truly has “Something for Everyone.”
The Seaside Square Complex features 2 of our 4 heated pools, 4 of our 6 hot tubs, and
the Seaside Square Café, our poolside restaurant. So come sit in the sun, watch the kids play in the pools, and enjoy breakfast,
lunch or dinner.
All new for 2014, you can enjoy our new facility, the Little River Overlook, near Ashley Pond. Come
relax in the adult only area, which includes a pool, 2 hot tubs and a bar & grille! The facility also has bright sunny restrooms, a state of the art laundry
facility and offers a view of the Old Orchard Beach fireworks every Thursday evening!

Perhaps you would enjoy kayaking on the Little River Estuary and experience the
serenity of the Scarborough Marsh Wildlife Refuge from our launch site right here at
Bayley’s.
Bayley’s is situated on 250 acres of Southern Maine’s scenic coastal countryside. We
feature 700+ sites to accommodate almost any camper’s needs, featuring our Big Rig
section.
On-site, we also offer fully equipped trailers up to 35 feet and Cabins. The Cabins include full size kitchen appliances, full bathroom, 2
bedrooms, fireplace and screened porch.
We have three stocked fishing ponds on-site for those who love to fish. During our
summer season, be sure to enter in our bass fishing derbies that we offer twice a week.

Just because the sun sets doesn’t mean the fun stops! We host family oriented professional
entertainment in our spacious Seaside Square Entertainment Complex. Located alongside the Seaside Square Café, you can enjoy a night fi lled
with great food and entertainment. 7 Days a week, our nights are jam-packed with great harmonies
from our camper’s favorite local band, Coos Canyon, Maine favorite Don Campbell Band and New England’s funniest hypnotist Steve Wronker. Other favorites include illusionists, jugglers, storytellers, DJ dance parties
and movie nights. If you’re looking for your 15 minutes of fame, jump on stage and belt it out with our weekly Concert Karaoke!

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation for rentals of 5 nights or more. Any rental of 4 nights or less must be paid in full. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to do so may result incancellation and loss of deposit.
No refunds will be given for cancelled reservations on any rentals.
Check-in time is 3 pm or after for any rental. For early arrivals, please inquire at the office for availability. At time of check-in a security deposit of $150 will be due for Trailers, $250 for Cabins. You may pay your deposit by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Cash. NO CHECKS are accepted at the time of arrival.
Checkout time is by 11 am. Late checkouts will be assessed a one-night fee. The security deposit will be refunded at checkout after inspection of the rental unit is approved.
Sorry, NO pets are allowed in the rental units unless specified.
NO SMOKING in any rental unit at any time. Please do not flush any baby wipes or feminine hygiene products in Trailers or Cabins.

The Comforts of Home
The rustic look of our Cabins give you the feeling of camping, but inside you’ll fi nd all the comforts of home. Each Cabin is set up on a spacious campsite ready for your well deserved vacation
to begin.
The Cabins are 40 feet long by 14 feet wide and are constructed of pine and cedar. They’re fully equipped with a master bedroom, bunk room, full sized bathroom, 14 feet by 10 feet screened porch, full sized kitchen appliances
and electric fi replace.

For the past three seasons, we have partnered with Clynk’s Community Cash Program to benefi t the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital. When you arrive you can pick up a green Clynk bag at the offi ce and during your stay fi ll it with returnable cans and bottles. Once it’s full or you’re checking out, drop off the bag(s) at the designated location by the Main Store. The bags will be collected and counted by Clynk and the money will be donated to the hospital. In the past three seasons our campers have raised over $9,000! Please pick up your Clynk bag at the Main Offi ce and contribute to a great cause!
Our 13th annual Car & Truck show will be the weekend of June 13th - 15th. The show will be held Saturday the 14th and there will be tons of fun for the whole family throughout the weekend. Trophies will be awarded in 20+ classes including Camper’s Choice. Daily parking fees at the beach can take a bite out of your vacation budget, however that’s not a concern for our guests. Old Orchard Beach Points of Interest
Eastern Trail NetworkThe Eastern Trail is part of the Eastern Coast Greenway Bicycle Trail that extends from Maine to Florida. One of the most scenic coastal sections of the Eastern Trail connects Pine Point Road (Rt. 9) with Black Point Road (Rt. 207). You’ll find a convenient parking lot 1/4 mile east of Maine Audubon’s Scarborough Marsh nature center on Pine Point Road. The trail heads north crossing the Scarborough Marsh with its wildlife and views of Maine’s largest saltwater marsh. The 12-foot-wide trail in this 2.5 mile segment features a hard packed gravel surface that is level, great for walking, jogging or biking.
Fort Williams Park stood with guns protecting Portland Harbour until it was officially closed in 1963. Located off Route 77 (Shore Road), the fort was taken over by the town of Cape Elizabeth which maintains the property for all to enjoy free of charge. The park is the location of the most picturesque light house on the East coast. This lighthouse was commissioned in 1790 by George Washington himself. Pack your lunch, grab your camera and enjoy the scenic views.
The Old Port District is located on the Portland waterfront. Many commercial buildings have been revitalized and transformed into quaint shops, galleries and restaurants. You can stroll down the cobblestone streets and browse for hours. Here you’ll find trolley tours of historic Portland and cruises on Casco Bay.
Old Orchard Beach, located just 3 miles from the Resort, is situated along a 7 mile stretch of beautiful sandy coastline. Families love the wide variety of activities including the beachfront Palace Playland amusement park and the Pier. Extending nearly 500 feet over the Atlantic Ocean, the Pier features shops, restaurants, games of skill and nightlife.

Directions to Bayley’sFROM THE SOUTHFollow the Maine Turnpike to Exit 36 (Saco/Old Orchard). After taking the exit, follow sign for Route 1 North. Take the off-ramp marked Route 1 North.Travel on Route 1 North for approximately 4.8 miles. Turn right onto Route 9 (Pine Point Road). Continue 2.5 miles; Bayley’s Camping Resort is on your right.
FROM THE NORTHFollow the Maine Turnpike to Exit 42 (Scarborough). After the toll booth, go straight through the first set of lights, onto Haigis Parkway. At the next set of lights, take a right onto Route 1 South. Continue to the third set of lights Turn left onto Route 9 (Pine Point Road). Continue 2.5 miles; Bayley’s Camping Resort is on your right.
