Welcome to Blessed Trinity’s 14th Annual Auction Gala. We are thrilled that you have joined us for Experience AQUA and hope that you will leave here with wonderful memories and some fantastic items.
This annual event has grown over the years to be not only a successful fundraiser, but also a great party. We have been blessed with a great team of volunteers without whom this event would not have taken place. A special thanks to Dawn Knuckles, Liz McFarland, Teresa Morgan and Karen Reyhan for their countless hours and generous support of all things AQUA! And last, but not least, thank you to all our corporate sponsors, to the many businesses who have supported our auction over the years and to all the families who donated to our event.

Dear Blessed Trinity Families and Friends:
On behalf of the Faculty, Staff and Administration of Blessed Trinity, I want to welcome you to the 14th Annual Auction Gala. Through the years, the Auction Gala has always been the single largest fund raising event of the school year. It has also served as a wonderful “Community Building” event where everyone in the BT community can come together, renew old friendships, make new ones and support BT, all at the same time. We hope tonight’s event will accomplish all three for each of you.
We want to thank all the sponsors, donors, businesses and countless volunteers for their contributions in making tonight’s event a success. A special thank you to Julie Hubbard and Charlotte Sebesta, for co-chairing this year’s event. Their energy, enthusiasm, ideas and leadership were an inspiration to all. “Fly with Frank” Helicopter Ride – Immediately upon winning the bid, you will be escorted to the BT stadium field, where a Helicopter will be waiting to take you on a 45-minute ride above the skyline of Atlanta. You always wanted a personal audience with Principal Frank Moore…now’s your chance!
Parking Place – Avoid those morning hassles of searching for a parking space with this reserved spot for the 2014-2015 school year. Your personal sign will mark this space for a student or his/her family. Winning bid includes the annual BT parking fee of $50.
Christmas Table for Ten – Setting the festive tone for this Christmas table is Williams-Sonoma’s Botanical Wreath dinnerware patter salad plates featuring a traditional medley of greenery, pine cones, and rich scarlet berries. Pottery Barn Red Cambria glazed stoneware dinner plates provide a deep crimson layer over eye-catching fluted silver chargers. Red and clear wine glasses and silver orb place-card holders add glistening highlights to each guest’s place. Completing the table are a silver chancellor wine bottle coaster with a bottle of wine; a large antique white platter, antique white tureen, and a deep cranberry bowl. All of this can be yours for the 2014 regular season home BT football games.
Coaches Dinner – Rally the crowd you share the bleachers with and help raise extra money for your child’s sport(s) by bidding on this dinner for eight served at the winner’s home. Your donation will be directed to the BT Athletic Department. Coach Ricky Turner and a team of enthusiastic athletic assistants will cook and serve your group. Includes appetizers, drinks, dinner, desserts and clean-up.
Furry Titan – Always a favorite auction gala tradition, this furry little Titan (multi-color Cavachon) is yours to take home and love, and will quickly become a member of the family. Includes a certificate for spay and neuter.

SILENT AUCTION REGULATIONS
2014 Silent Auction Regulations
1. Check in begins at 6:30 PM for all guests, and all guests must check in upon arrival. At Check in, auction volunteers will “swipe” your credit card, give you your bid number paddle, and your BidPal (electronic bidding device). Those bids for which your bidder number is the winning bid will be calculated and the total amount will be charged to the credit card within two days.
2. All sales are final; there will be no exchanges or refunds on items sold.3. Please note all special conditions on any auction items in terms of expiration and
availability dates, and any restrictions on usage.4. The Silent Auction will close at 9:00pm. 5. Use only the bidding number and BidPal assigned to you at check-in.6. Each item in the Silent Auction is featured on the BidPal.7. Each new bid must be entered into BidPal. Please note minimum bid and minimum
raise requirement for each item. If not adhered to, your bid may be invalid.8. At the end of the evening, please proceed to the check out area and obtain your invoice.
Some of the smaller items and all gift certificates will be available for pick up at the check out area. All purchases must be removed from the premises this evening, unless otherwise noted.
9. The values indicated in the Auction Catalog and addendum are the estimate of the donor and are not warranted by Blessed Trinity Catholic High School for tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor.
10. Auction officials have the right to remove any item from the bidding at any time.11. The closing bid noted by the BidPal time stamp is the winning bid.
LIVE AUCTION REGULATIONS
2014 Live Auction Regulations
1. Live Auction items will be on display throughout the evening, and may also be previewed on BidPal.
2. To enter a bid, a Bidder must signal (by raising their bid paddle) and be acknowledged by the Auctioneer.
3. The Highest Bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer will be the Buyer. 4. In the event of a dispute, the Director of Development will have the final decision to
determine the successful bidder.5. Group purchases are welcome. However, one person must be responsible for the
bidding and for notifying an auction official as to the names of the buyers and how the winning bid is to be distributed among the group.
6. Each successful bid will be recorded by an auction official and entered on the buyer’s auction account.
Blessed Trinity Catholic High School accepts no responsibility for any consequences that may result if you purchase items without carefully reading the applicable restrictions. Further, many items require that the purchaser present a coupon or gift certificate in order to claim the item purchased. The school will not be responsible for any lost gift certificates after the purchaser receives the item. The school assumes no responsibility if the donor goes out of business before you redeem your coupon or gift certificate.
Balloon PopEveryone’s a winner when you pop a balloon! For a donation of $25, you will receive a balloon with a number inside. Pop the balloon to reveal a winning number. Take your number and see what you’ve won! Items are valued between $10 and $50.
50/50 Raffle50/50 Raffle tickets may be purchased at $25 a ticket or 5 for $100. The proceeds of the raffle will be split evenly between the winner and Blessed Trinity. The more the merrier! Winner will be announced during the Live Auction portion of the evening.
Universal Studios Gift Card RaffleTake a chance at winning a $3,000 Universal Studios Gift Card! Redeemable toward Universal Studios – Orlando park entrance, lodging, food, merchandise, etc. Tickets may be purchased at $25 a ticket or 5 for $100. This raffle becomes a separate 50/50 Raffle in the event not enough tickets are purchased. Winner will be announced during the Live Auction portion of the evening.
Heads or Tails GameThis winner of this game will win an iPad Mini. Buy one chance, or as many as you like. You begin the game by standing up and picking Heads or Tails. If you decide Heads, put your hands on your head. If you pick Tails, put your hand on your bottom. We will then throw a coin in the air. If you picked Heads and the coin falls on heads you move into the next round and if you picked Tails you are out. You are still in the game if you made the right coin choice or you have purchased another chance prior to the start of the game. You may purchase a mximum of 3 chances. When you lose or have used all your chances you are out of the game. Each round thereafter is the same. The last person left wins!! Chances are $25 each.
