General Credit Information New accounts are given terms of C.O.D. or Visa. Open account terms are available upon completion of Credit Application and subject to the approval of the ACS Credit Department. Credit applications take 2-3 weeks and trade references are required. Credit Card Payment – We will accept credit card payment for any invoice with a surcharge of 2% of the invoice amount. Returned cheques are subject to a $20 service charge which will be added to your account. In addition, the terms of your account will be reviewed. Over due accounts will be charged a 1% per month interest charge on all unpaid balances over 30 days. Shipping and Ordering Information Our order desk is available Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT. Unless otherwise requested, or-ders received by 3 p.m. will be shipped same day via a carrier selected by ACS. Freight charges will be billed on your invoice. All quantities are subject to stock on hand. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please indicate if you would like items not in-stock to be placed on back order. Claims for lost or damaged goods must be reported immediately to the delivering carrier and ACS. All packaging materials and boxes must be kept until the matter is resolved. Discrepancies due to packing errors must be reported within 7 days. No adjustments will be allowed be-yond this period.

Return Policies Before making a return to ACS you must first contact the ACS warranty/shipping department to obtain a Return Authorization (R.A.) number and to receive return shipping instructions. Your R.A. number must be written clearly on the outside of the package being returned. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted unless authorized by ACS prior to package being sent. Any package without an R.A. number will be refused. Returned items must include an original invoice number and purchase date to expedite processing. Non-defective return items must be in the original packaging and in new, resalable condition to receive a credit. Any returned or refused non-defective merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee and freight costs unless it was shipped as a result of an error made by ACS. Defective items must include a written description of the nature and/or cause of damage. Claims will ei-ther be accepted or refused after review and subject to the manufacturer’s guidelines and the discretion of ACS. Claims may be refused if item has failed due to normal wear, abuse, improper assembly or in-stallation or use for which the item was not intended. Items may be repaired, replaced or credited at the discretion of the ACS warranty department. Co-op Advertising Please contact your sales representative for more information on our various programs Employee Purchase Program We know the best way to sell our product is to have your staff riding it. All staff members are entitled to 15% off regular dealer pricing on bikes and parts/accessories. Terms of purchase are C.O.D. Please no-tify our sales desk at time of order that it is a staff purchase and provide them with the employee name. Eligibility: A store must have purchased or booked a minimum of 15 bicycles to be eligible for employee purchase programs. A limited number of bicycles will be available based on the size of booking order and the level of purchase. A Gold level dealer will be able to purchase 4 employee bikes, silver level, 3 bikes and Bronze level, 2 bikes. P&A – a store must represent the line for an employee to receive employee discount. For example – if you do not sell Rotor bike components, then an employee will not qualify for a staff purchase but may be purchased at regular dealer pricing. Orders must be emailed or faxed in for confirmation. Please supply employee name and authorization from Manager or owner. Racer Support Program Since your local “hot-shot” racer can help sell bikes we want them on a KHS/Free Agent. Simply fill out one of our “Racer Support” request forms and fax it into us. All KHS bicycles come with a free pair of race shorts and all Free Agents come with a Free Agent T-shirt and pair of gloves. Terms of purchase are C.O.D. Contact your sales representative for more information and available bikes. Please note the number of employee and rider support purchases is limited based on dealer sales volume.
