Panel Reviewers & Approvers
Each panel staff receives their own review or
approval task to complete
Can add Notes and Files within the Your Review
section on the task page
Changes the Status from Pending to either Accept
or Reject and then Saves to complete their task
Panel staff only view their own Notes, Files and
Status for a submission

Lead Reviewers & Approvers
Receives an Alert email whenever a panel reviewer or approver completes
their task
Can see whether or not a panel staff member has completed their task
Can add Notes and Files to the submission within the Your Review section
on the Task page
Changes the Status from Pending to either Accept or Reject (if there are
panel reviewers and approvers)
Changes the Submission Status to move the submission to the next
workflow stage or can Reject the submission back to the submitter
Lead Reviewer can see all the notes, files and statuses from the reviewers
Lead Approver can see all the notes, files and statuses from the reviewers
and approvers
