Shaft protection

The stainless steel shaft protection with rivec connection, provides additional protection of the handle for longer life.

Balance point close to the axe head

The balance point close to the axe head enables high splitting power, because the maximal impact effect is concentrated in the heavy axe head. This ensures excellent weight distribution.

Blade geometry

The blade geometry design ensures easy entry in the wood and best splitting effect due to the hollow grinding of the blade. Optimal angle geometry for optional splitting performance (adapted to the application).

Hammer function

Extra wide and durable milled backside of the axe head can be used effectively for hammering a wedge. The special milled area preserves wedges and chopping block. For use with plastic, wood and aluminium wedges only (no steel).

Ergonomic handle

Modified glass-fiber reinforced PA ensures high impact power because of the lightweight and robust handle material - effective impact energy can be concentrated with the highest impact in the heavy axe head. The handle features soft components that provide a non-slip grip, comfortable touch/feel and perfect ergonomics. The hooked end of the handle prevents the axe from slipping out of the hand.
