BAFS Answer Sheets

Before Testing:

•Use the Lexmark multifunction printer/scanner (MFPs) to print pre-identified answer sheets from Virtual Counselor.

After Testing:

•Schools will scan completed answer sheets using Lexmark multifunction printer/scanner (MFPs).

13

All schools will print and scan your own BAFS answer sheets for the subject areas appropriate to your school level.

Student Assessment & Research will be providing documentation on how to print and scan answer sheets with

the Lexmark printer/scanner. Schools must print per the specifications in this documentation.

Page 14: 2014-2015 B roward A ssessment of F lorida S tandards (BAFS)

Back Up Plan if Lexmark (MFP) does not work

• Schools can print answer sheets for their most current roster at any printer located at their school or elsewhere.

• Schools can scan completed answer sheets at Multi-Function Printers (MFPs) located at your school and across the district. This includes a neighboring school, the I&T department and Student Assessment & Research (Twin Lakes location).
