UTILITIES COORDINATION

Verizon / Gas Conflicts E State St:P&CG

to report on # of Verizon conflicts with

cat. poles

P&CG to submit lighting package to drive

retirement of gas main; BP to report on

light pole/ Verizon DB conflicts , City to

respond

5.2.

Water Feature Rough In: Verizon

scheduled to start work lowering DB

05/19; Vacri to submit on WF vault as

specd

TTC Alley/Telecom: 05/12:EE Root is to

expose TTC conduits to allow for the

installation of the TTC HH and stormlateral by Vacri; Verizon is to be

allow installation of storm lateral

TTC HH to arrive on site 05/20; Verizon to

be scheduled for end of this week, early

next week; EE Root to be scheduled 05/21to finish alley and connection to E state St;

Schedule switch over for TTC 05/02.

M&PTP: MAINTENANCE & PROTECTION

OF TRAFFIC & PEDESTRIANS

9.1.

All trenches need to be prepared for

graduation weekend; GasAt least item

4; Vacriasphalt; PC&GBeautiful

concrete / plate combo

DDS to confirm use of item 4 in trenches

9.2.

Vacri is to power off the electric during

the day, and on at the end of the day; Any

variation is to be communicated to

JB/MK, AB, LZ, Andy (Gas)

Lock out tag out procedures are to be put

in place on electric panel; DDS is to have

electrician disconnect / reconnect at end

of day;

9.3.

PERSONAL VEHICLES ARE PROHIBITED

FROM PARKING ON SITE

9.4.

Flaggers are required to bring trucks on &

off site, especially when backing up

9.5.

Pedestrian walkways are to be reinstated

at the end of each day; Only one crossing

may be closed at a time; If more than one

is to be closed a temporary crossing is to

be opened

9.6.

The mural fence may be disassembled to

allow work, however must be reinstated

at the end of each day9.7.

Vacri to propose sidewalk demo plan
