As a source framework, the programme builds on the work of professor michael porter in “competitive Advantage of nations”; providing rich insight in the experiences of cluster building and successes in shaping economic growth. in partnership with the tuft University, US, this unique two-module programme focuses on two of the most outstanding examples of robust economic growth being led by the approach of clusters of innovation; Singapore and massachusetts. eminent faculty and practitioners who have been directly involved in the shaping of cluster-based policies and business practices lead the programme. it is a journey of discovery of the application and evolution of the theory and rich with practical lessons in what works where, when–and what doesn’t work.
