Toys will be distributed in Norwich, Danielson, and New London Wednesday, Dec. 18 • 9AM – 7PMThursday, Dec. 19 • 9AM – 7PMRecipients must apply through a social service agency, Head Start, TVCCA, ACCESS and many other service providers can register you ONLINE.A. APPLY for toys1. All applying families must be approved and pre-registered. See your social service provider to register online.2. Complete the attached TTF coupon, have it signed byyour social work advocate and mail to: The Bulletin, 66 Franklin St., Norwich, CT 06360.3. Only families who are pre-registeredwill be served on Wednesday, Dec. 18 or the morning of Thursday, Dec. 19, On the afternoon of Dec. 19 you must bring a valid social service ID card as well as a photo ID to apply in person. B. BRING documentationIF YOU ARE UNABLE TO SEE YOURSOCIAL SERVICE WORKER OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL FOR AUTHORIZATION AND REGISTRATION, you may register in person on Thursday afternoon, Dec. 19. You must bring your current W-2 or 4 consecutive pay stubs for all those employed inthe household. In addition, if there areextenuating circumstances, please bring appropriate documentation. Be prepared to provide proof of legal guardianship for children for whom you are requesting toys. Be prepared to wait in multiple lines to register. Availability of age specific toys cannot be guaranteed. Toys will be distributed on an “as available” basis, and distribution centers will be closedwhen toys are depleted.C.
