If you or a family mem-ber has special needs and would like to participate in our programs or use a facility, please call us before registering and every effort will be made to meet your needs. Please indicate on the registra-tion form if any special accomodations are needed for successful inclusion in a program, according to the Americans with Disabili-ties Act, and we will contact you to discuss them.

Registration...

April 1 - Residents & FAC MembersApril 3 - Non-residents Registration Fees

All program fees are set according to the cost of the instructor, supplies and minimum class enrollment. Some programs may require additional fees or supplies. All fees collected support and finance these programs.

Waiting ListsDue to instructor/participant ratios, each class and program will have a maximum number of spots available. Once the class maximum has been reached, subsequent registrants will be notified that the class is full and will have the option to be placed on a waiting list. Should spots become available, program openings will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis from registrants that appear on the waiting list. If you are contacted off a waitlist, you must register and pay within 24 hours at the Frisco Athletic Center.

Quality AssuranceTry our classes! If, after attending the first class, you are not happy with the quality of the program, call us right away. Tell us what is wrong so we can make it right. There are no refunds for non-attendance, one-day classes or supply fees.

Refund Policy1. In the event the Parks & Recreation Department cancels a class,

you will receive a full refund or a credit equal to the class fee; or a class transfer can be requested.

2. A credit will be issued to the participant’s FAC account if a completed Refund Request Form is received at least 10 days prior to the start of the class or session. A 20% processing fee will be assessed.

3. If a Refund Request Form is not received at least 10 days prior to the start of the class or session, a refund will not be issued.

4. Medical Refund – A credit will be issued to the participant’s account if an illness or injury causes a participant to miss a single-day class, the entire session or the remainder of a session. To be eligible for a Medical Refund, written documentation from a physician’s office must accompany the Refund Request Form and must be received within 72 hours of the first missed class. A 20% processing fee will be assessed. The refund will be pro-rated if the withdrawal occurs during the session.

5. Transfers from one Frisco Fun Guide season to another are not allowed.

6. Processing of refund checks from cash or check payments takes approximately four to six weeks. Refund checks will be mailed. Refunds to credit card must be made in person.

7. Account credits are valid for one year from the date of issue. 8. Under no circumstances will a cash refund be provided.

CancellationsThe Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any class, program or activity due to weather, failure to meet minimum registration requirements, and situations beyond our control. In the event a class is cancelled, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

Learn to Swim - Parent and Child (6mo. - 3yrs.)The purpose of the Parent and Child Aquatic program is to help young children become comfortable in and around the water so they are ready to learn to swim. While the class is designed to raise the comfort level of the child, it is also intended to educate the parent or caregiver in basic water skills so they are better equipped to aid in their child’s aquatic education and ensure that their child stays safe in all water activities. Children two to three years will be introduced to equipment used in preschool lessons and will work with instructors on taking individual direction to help transition from parent and child to preschool swim classes.Code Days Dates Times Fees22468 M/W 5/06 - 5/22 6:15 - 6:50pm $6022472 M/W 6/10 - 7/03 6:15 - 6:50pm $8022483 M/W 7/08 - 7/31 6:15 - 6:50pm $8022498 M/W 8/05 - 8/21 6:15 - 6:50pm $6022473 M-Th 6/10 - 6/20 10:15 - 10:50am $8022474 M-Th 6/10 - 6/20 11:00 - 11:35am $8022475 M-Th 6/24 - 7/03 10:15 - 10:50am $7022476 M-Th 6/24 - 7/03 11:00 - 11:35am $7022484 M-Th 7/08 - 7/18 10:15 - 10:50am $8022485 M-Th 7/08 - 7/18 11:00 - 11:35am $8022486 M-Th 7/22 - 8/01 10:15 - 10:50am $8022487 M-Th 7/22 - 8/01 11:00 - 11:35am $8022469 Tu/Th 5/07 - 5/30 9:45 - 10:20am $80 22477 Tu/Th 6/11 - 7/02 8:45 - 9:20am $7022478 Tu/Th 6/11 - 7/02 9:30 - 10:05am $7022488 Tu/Th 7/09 - 8/01 8:45 - 9:20am $8022489 Tu/Th 7/09 - 8/01 9:30 - 10:05am $8022490 Tu/Th 8/06 - 8/22 8:45 - 9:20am $6022491 Tu/Th 8/06 - 8/22 9:30 - 10:05am $6022470 Sa 5/11 - 6/01 9:00 - 9:35am $4022471 Sa 5/11 - 6/01 10:30 - 11:05am $4022479 Sa 6/15 - 7/06 9:00 - 9:35am $4022480 Sa 6/15 - 7/06 10:30 - 11:05am $4022481 Sa 7/13 - 7/27 9:00 - 9:35am $3022482 Sa 7/13 - 7/27 10:30 - 11:05am $3022495 Sa 8/03 - 8/17 9:00 - 9:35am $3022497 Sa 8/03 - 8/17 10:30 - 11:05am $30Location: FAC - Indoor/Outdoor Aquatic Center

Helping Frisco Families Make Lasting Memories

“We can’t say enough good things about Loreena Yeo! She was open, honest, transparent and realistic from the beginning with her approach. She was very informative and upfront with her marketing strategy and plan for the listing price for our home. She let us know little things we could do to make our home show the best to potential buyers. Best of all, it worked! We had several offers the second day our home was on the market and everything ran smoothly from contract to closing! If you are seeking a realtor you can trust with results, then look no further!”
