narrative: in order to balance the heat of solar radiation + amount of exposure in the summer months on the south facade, i implied an offset technique with the windows that al-lows light in, without letting the heat in. the cantilevering of the second and third floors allow for shading from the high sun in the sum-mer. program requirements were built based off a grid of lines extended from the angles of the windows.
