Affordable Housing & Community Development Conference

SDHF’s 22nd Annual Affordable Housing & Community Development Conference will be held on October

2nd & 3rd, 2013. The conference draws over 400 attendees—including expert panelists and presenters from

across the county and state. The conference features intensive pre-conference institutes, including a full-

day resident services institute and track-specific industry training in: design and development, housing

2013 Affordable Housing Roundtable Series

The Federation hosts several educational seminars

throughout the year on the hottest topics in the

industry. Our roundtables are typically held over

breakfast on the first Thursday of the month.

Roundtables are lead by local and state-wide

housing and planning experts and are attended by

approximately 40 participants—SDHF members

and non-members alike.
