    Leadership Development

    Lodge Leadership Development Instructors included Section Chiefs from NE-2A,

    NE-3A, NE-4A , Section Vice Chief from NE-3B and the Northeast OA Chairman Mark Chilutti

    Courses and practical exercises in Lodge Organization, Planning, Program, Problem Solving and Goal Setting

    Fellowship at WonderWorks at Destiny USA 20 key youth; 11 key adult advisers

    Lodge LEC is 90% filled and active National Youth Leader Training (NYLT) had

    the Lodge Chief and many members on staff

    Membership Retention

    Positive growth, adding 87 new Lodge members

    JTE conversion rates at BRONZE levels

    Overall JTE membership retention rate at GOLD level

    100% of unit election requests fulfilled Total membership of 432 represents a

    retention rate of 81%, and an improvement over the 2012 retention rate of 72%

    New: Ordeal: 87 / Brotherhood: 43 / Vigil: 9 Conversion Rates:

    Ordeal 64% Brotherhood 31% Two Ordeals and five Brotherhood Trails were

    held in 2013 Fully staffed with District Membership Chairs

    for first time in a number of years

    OA Service Grant provided a new program pavilion for Camp Woodland (construction completed in 2013)

    Significant training opportunities (Lodge Leadership Development, National Leadership Seminars, Section Seminars)

    Helping to develop future leaders Conduit for identifying quality camp staff

    17 Lodge attendees at the NE-3A Conclave Strong OA presence at National Jamboree National Leadership Seminar (NLS) and

    National Lodge Advisor Seminar (NLATS) participation at Camp Alpine, NJ

    Lodge Chief and Lodge Adviser attended the Northeast Region Summit

    Lowanne Nimat is in charge of program and recreation at NE-3A 2014 Conclave

    Lowanne Nimat will host the NE-3A 2015 Conclave the 100th anniversary of the Order

    OA Summit Corps was a critical component of Jamboree staffing

    Our NE-3A Section Chief Kyle Piper was elected to serve as the 2014 Northeast Region Chief

    NOAC 2015 is the Centennial of the OA.

    NOAC 2015

    Quite simply the largest Order of the Arrow event in modern times.

    Training, fellowship, fun and making BSA history for 5 days in the summer of 2015.

    Attendees will receive a distinctive red sash to commemorate the 100th anniversary.

    Centennial Anniversary of the Order of the Arrow.

    University of Michigan, summer 2015.

    10,000 Arrowmen are expected to attend.

    ArrowTour will travel throughout the nation leading up to NOAC.
