Please join your fellow adhesive and sealant industry leaders at the Adhesive and Sealant Council’s 2013 Leadership Conference.

This invitation only event will be held June 25-26 at the Westin Verasa Napa, in Napa Valley, California.

Every two years, this event gathers approximately 40-45 top executives from across ASC’s leadership for two days of programming that allows us to “Focus on the Future” of our industry, and our companies.

We will have a variety of sessions designed to spur new thinking on approaches you have to the business, your team, and to trends impacting our sector. This year’s sessions will include:

•FocusontheEconomy – Brian Bealieu, economist for Institute for Trends Research, will update attendees on the current state of the U.S. economy.

•FocusonSocialMedia – Corey Perlman, founder of eBoot Camp will filter out the social media noise that we hear and provide us with the value social media can bring from a CEO’s perspective.

•FocusontheWorkforce – Cam Marston, a workforce expert will share the perspectives that leaders will need to understand as we manage four distinct generations in the workplace.

•FocusonMergers – John Beagle, co-founder of Grace Matthews will discuss how mergers and acquisitions are impacting the sector, and how they add value, or hurt when not properly executed.

•FocusonSustainability – Dan Murad, CEO of ChemQuest Group will move us beyond the communications promise that we read about with sustainability, providing insight into how two adhesive and sealant formulators are leveraging sustainability in order to add value to their customers and their companies.

•FocusonourIndustry – Matt Croson, president of ASC will moderate a panel of ASC member CEOs that will discuss the primary industry drivers impacting our sector and share approaches they are taking to respond.

Each of the sessions are designed to begin thoughtful, probing dialogue with your team members as you respond to challenges facing every company moving forward into the future.

The Leadership Conference will also have ample networking opportunities including:

•NapaValleyWineTrainReceptionandDinner – the group will embark on a three-hour journey through Napa Valley, featuring a four course meal and sunset over the Valley.

•AfternoononyourOwn – the second day of the event will feature a solid window of opportunity for attendees to tour Napa, or participate in a golf event being held at the Silverado Resort.

•Chairman’sReceptionandDinner – the group will relax and enjoy each other’s company as we greet our friends and meet new ones.

I urge you to register soon and prepare for ASC’s Leadership Conference. You won’t regret the investment you are making for your business.

Sincerely,

Rusty Thompson, President and CEO of Evans Adhesive Corporation Chairman, ASC
