History

Making of Herco India:Incorporated in the year 1958, Herco India

completes successful 50 years in 2008. We have been striving to help our customers succeed through innovative engineering and delivering quality products at reasonable cost. Since inception we have designed and developed many products for esteemed organizations like Indian Railways, Thermax Ltd, Pollution control industry and many more.

TransformersBoilers Electrostatic TAN-Delta Power

TAN-Delta test transformers are

shielded to nullify the stray

capacitance effect from

transformer winding. These

transformers come in 12KV,

100mA, 200mA, 300mA,1A and

as per customer specific

requirement

Electrostatic Transformers are High Voltage DC power supplies

designed for Air and Oil Filtration

Industry. These power supplies are

designed to withstand upto

7’th harmonics and come in standard

configuration of 6KVDC, 7.5KV DC, 12KV DC and 15KV

DC models

Ignition Transformer

are available in start ground

and mid-point ground version.

These are also classified by

continuous and intermittent

duty cycle with 100%ED. These

transformers come in

standard configuration of 2X7KV, 2X5KV, 1X10KV,1X8KV

Note: Transformers are also available in 110V version, start ground, custom design requirements can be developed.

Power Distribution Transformer

available in single /

3 phase, pole, ground, or padmounted from

25 KVA to 200KVA. These

can be provided with enclosure

and panels as per customer

requirements. We can build to

Isolation and Control

transformers are available in

various ratings starting from

500VA upto 500KVA. Isolation

transformer can shielded to

provide ultra isolation in

terms of harmonic isolation

between the windings

We design many products for

instrumentation industry in

our high voltage range of

power source. Currently we have

achieved 40KV, 60KV, 70KV,

100KV both in AC and DC source in dry type epoxy

filled and oil filled transformers

Electromagnets are specially

designed too work with

process line automatic bowl feeders. These

electromagnets come in various

VA ratings as may be suitable

for different sizes of bowls

and weight

Note: Transformers are also available in 110V version, start ground, custom design requirements can be developed.
