Occasionally circumstances beyond First Electric Coop-erative’s control cause power interruptions. When this happens, restoration crews can be dispatched more efficiently if we have the correct information for your account on file. The phone is our best method of com-munication, and the more details we have, the faster we can dispatch crews. Adding your mobile number also will be useful, especially if it is your primary means of com-munication. Please help us assist you by providing the information we need.

Members may report an outage by calling 888-827-3322. If you are calling from your primary phone number, just follow the prompts. If you are using a different phone, the automated system will ask for your primary number. You may either enter the number using the touch-tone buttons or by saying the number aloud. If you wish, you may leave a voice message with details about the outage. Once your account location has been confirmed, repair crews will be dispatched.
