4 Recommendations from DIGR Committee:
(1) Encourage members’ participation in reviewing and other service activities.
• Continue to identify strategies to improve review process; reviewer awards? First year reviewer, only one paper?
(2) Consider ways to improve visibility of the division in the Academy.
• PMP sessions, networking events
(3) Increase sense of community through improved member communication, activities, and outreach.
• Website and media strategy (Kira)
(4) Support the four strategic intent areas of Internationalism, State of the Profession, Professional Impact, and Academy Management.
