with “Overview of Kuk Gung” by Heon Kim

4:30 pm-- 5:30 pm: Talk (“Elements of the Japanese Bow” by Rick Beal)

Asian Archery” by Justin Ma)

1:30 pm-- 3:00 pm: Practice (Form, Short Range, Long Range)

3:00 pm-- 3:15 pm: CLOSING CEREMONY

Targets* Form = 3-meter makiwara/gaozhen/blank bale practice

* Short Range = 28-meter target practice

* Long Range = 145-meter Korean target practice(If at any time you feel your shooting is off, please feel free to return to the Form

targets to work on your technique.)
