The17thStreetFes,valbeganin2010andisproducedbyHistoricDupontCircleMain
Streets.Historic Dupont Circle Main Streets (HDCMS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit
established in 2003 that focuses on promoting, retaining and attracting small and
independent businesses to the Dupont Circle neighborhood in Northwest
Washington, DC. Dupont Circle is home to several distinct corridors of business, P
Street, 17th St, 18th St, Connecticut Ave and Dupont Circle itself. We create exciting
events, promotions, advertising campaigns and major public space improvements
that make Dupont Circle an international destination.
