FULL-DAY CAMPS, 7AM TO 6PMFEES $105 per session $85 for session 5 (no camp on July 4)T-SHIRT $8 (one-time, required fee) DEPOSIT $10 (details below) Fees include all activities, field trips, and supplies. Regardless of being registered for the free lunch program, kids must bring two snacks and a drink each day. The free lunch program is available on non-field trip days, June 4-Aug. 17.

The first session must be paid in full upon registration. The $10 deposit (applied to fee) is required for all reserved sessions. Deposits are non-refundable and non-trans-ferrable; credits or refunds are not provided for days missed. For sessions paid in full, a one-week notice must be give to receive credit toward another session.

They will be provided upon request and are

subject to availability. Lunch is not provided on

The first day of camp will be spent at McMath Middle School in preparation of four, fun-filled days of camping, fishing, hiking, paddle boats, outdoor games, campfires, and swimming! During the three nights of camping, we will stay in cabins at Turner Falls Park. The fee must be paid in full upon registration. After June 1, credits or refunds will not be provided.

DENIA REC CENTER CAMP VOYAGE (AGES 5-8 & 9-12) FULL-DAY CAMP Themed activities include field trips, swimming, sports, arts and crafts, games, and more.

S1 ENVIROKIDS Kids will visit various City of Denton departments for an up-close look at the environment, see an arching demo, swim and hike, visit the Hangar 10 Museum, and explore an elaborate Denton tree house. S2 BIRDS OF PREY TO BIRDS OF STEELKids will get a presentation of predator birds, catch a sneak peek of the Denton Air Show, make their own catapults, and compete in a search for the Holy Grail.S3 CAM, JAM, AND BELAY! Kids climb the rock wall at Denia before taking it to the next level on a larger indoor course or the natural rock formations of Lake Mineral Wells State Park.S4 ANGLERS & ARCHERS Kids will learn to fish, assemble tackle, identify fish, and understand safety with certified angler education instructors, as well as learn archery with certified archery instructors on a legal range. S5 MY DENTON Kids will venture to the more unknown pleasures of Denton such as beautiful gardens, museums, landmarks, and participate in creative activities. S6 KAYAK ATTACK Ages 9 to 12 will learn kayaking skills at North Lakes Park while ages 5 to 8 will master pedal boats with certified lifeguards before all the kids paddle in canoes up Elm Fork to the confluence at Clear Creek. S7 CINETAINMENT TIMEKids will enjoy a performance by the Denton Community Theater Road Show, give one of their own, learn about the cinema arts, and watch a movie on the silver screen. S8 DENIA OLYMPICS Kids will host their own ultimate Olympics and compete in sports such as dodgeball, soccer, curling, track and field, kickball, ping pong, pool, and air hockey. Then we’ll top it off with a tour of Texas Ranger Stadium!S9 FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS Kids will step into their own “Friday Night Lights” with a visit to Cowboys Stadium, then concentrate on the fundamentals of football, baseball, softball, track, and basketball.S10 HYDRO-POWERED FUN!Kids will make a splash at Water Works Park and the lake at Johnson Branch Park, play water based games, and learn the environmental importance of our earth’s water supply. KAMP BROADWAY (AGES 6-14)This camp introduces the basic concepts of theatre while working with professional instructor. BUG-EYED TRAILBLAZERS (AGES 6-11) Register by June 4.Kids will enjoy a unique outdoor experience at Clear Creek Natural Heritage Area with Elm Fork Master Naturalists and Master Gardener-certified staff. Each day will include a nature study and arts and crafts related to the day’s topic and an exploration hike. Camp topics will feature plants and soil, insects, spiders, aquatic life, reptiles, amphibians, birds and animal tracks. SWIM LESSONS AT THE NAT AND CIVIC CENTER POOLSummer swim lessons are offered on weekday mornings and evenings and on Saturday mornings. Lessons for all skill levels will be provided at each class during each session. Participants will be tested and grouped to determine their appropriate level.
