Stryve Executive Conferences are extraordinary.

Sessions are small and interactive. Discussion leaders spend a full morning or afternoon with attendees. Presentations are tailored to the senior-level audience, and dialogue is extensive. Evening social functions are upbeat and designed to foster interaction.

Participants are true peers. Attendance is strictly limited to the appropriate-level executive – with no exceptions.

Speakers are world-class. Our speakers are recognized authorities – business leaders, futurists and technologists – who are skilled at stimulating new ideas and lively discussion on the critical issues of today.

Sessions are well planned and precisely run. Meetings start and end on time, materials are informative, and all sessions offer a physically comfortable setting to ensure that participants make the most of the time they invest.

Programs are designed to make planning easy. The program calendar with scheduled speakers is published well in advance to give attendees maximum planning flexibility. Detailed agendas for each meeting are mailed at least three months before the session.

s t r y v e o u t c o m e P r o j e c t sOne of Stryve’s responsibilities to members is to identify emerging issues, opportunities and management methods. In most cases, the focus lies at the intersection of people, process, and technology. We then explore how to address the challenges early, ahead of the curve, for maximum business advantage.

Key to this process are the two annual Stryve Outcome Projects. These rapid-strike research projects develop future best practices through a time-tested methodology that has evolved many acclaimed breakthrough management practices. Each project brings together industry and academic experts, the Stryve research team, senior Stryve practitioners and, most importantly, client senior management to collaboratively delineate business challenges and anticipate how to meet them.

Stryve Outcome Projects enable action through a judicious mix of fresh perspectives and innovative, pragmatic management practices. Work in progress is discussed on webcasts and in executive summaries at the Stryve Executive Forums and Senior Management Interchanges. Results are published online in searchable documents open for ongoing comment by Stryve program members.

Recent projects include:

• Analytics and Collaboration

• Applications and Implications of Cloud-Enabled Mobility

• Capitalizing on Today’s Technologically Talented Organization
