THE INNSBROOK OWNERS ASSOCIATION IS ACTIVELY ENGAGED

As a non-profit corporation of all the property owners of Innsbrook, it is this organization’s goal to ensure overall architectural harmony so that Innsbrook will continue to be developed, improved and utilized in a way that enhances the value for all those businesses in Innsbrook. This includes daily oversight of the park’s property management services, architectural review, collection of

association fees and administration of the overall park budget.

long-term plan and process called

Innsbrook “NEXT.” The Innsbrook Owners

Association, in conjunction with the

Henrico County Planning Department,

developed an extensive long-term plan

to shape Innsbrook “NEXT” as the future

for urban development in the park.

Innsbrook “NEXT” moves beyond the

limited workday environment to a 24/7

community. This type of urban mixed-

use is reflected in Innsbrook’s vision of

creating a “village atmosphere” with

parking lots replaced by buildings and

villages containing internal parking

systems.

Instead of segregating uses in separate

buildings, different uses will be integrated

within “village” blocks and even within

buildings themselves. A single building

might have retail on the first floor, offices

on the next few floors and residential

uses on upper floors. Building on this
