The fee for the workshop is only $300.00.
A registration fee of $75.00 is due by August 31, 2012.
NOTE: Registrations submitted by August 15 will receive a $25.00 discount
off the cost of the workshop!

General Workshop Information
WHERE: St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church
1101 Slide Road
Lubbock, TX 79416
WHEN: We will begin with two evening sessions, spend the day together Saturday, and finish
Sunday afternoon.
Thursday, the 11th 6:30pm to 9:00pm
Friday, the 12th 6:30pm to 9:00pm
Saturday, the 13th 9:30am to 4:30pm
Sunday, the 14th 1:30pm to 4:30pm
WHAT: Supplies for the workshop will be provided.
WHAT ELSE: Things to keep in mind:
If applicable the balance of your $300 fee will be due when you arrive. Please make your
checks to Quarterman Ranch. If you need to bring cash, you will receive a receipt.
You will be responsible for your own meals (unless the group chooses to order in) as well as
your own lodging; however, the church will provide coffee and tea. You will have access to a
full kitchen, complete with microwave, so please feel free to bring whatever you like to have for
snacks and lunch. There are restaurants and a grocery store within a short driving distance.
