Measure and mark the hole centerline .

Carefully drill a hole using a plex bit .

When using glass, add plastic tubing and clear washers to protect your

material between the cap and hinge .

Join the two hinge parts together, set at desired angle,

and tighten the lowhead socket cap screw .

Hinges can be used in

a variety of configurations .

The addition of a Link (pg 17),

allows Fixed Hinges to turn

to the inside at 90˚ .

How To:Panel Edge Grips

Position the Cap on the panel, tighten the cap set screw . Slide the Barrels on

the Cap but don’t tighten it’s set screw .

LEVEL

Stick masking tape on the wall where the Barrel will be mounted and mark their positions . Establish the center-point, drill the mounting hole and remove the tape .

Mount the Barrels to the wall surface, slide the Caps

into the Barrels and now tighten the set screws to

complete your installation .

Locate lower Panel Clip mounting positions and attach as above but do not tighten . Choose the proper shim, if required, and set the panel in place . Attach upper Panel Clips and tighten all then insert the brush-finished Disc to complete the installation .

This solid surface wall uses combination screws setinto pre-drilled holes . Other mounting surfaces may

require different fasteners from our Hardware Catalog .

A stainless steel Barrel is attached to the stud .

The proper length hex socket set screw is tightened into the stainless steel cap .

A pre-drilled panel is positioned and caps tightened with a Security Cap Tool

A variety of different barrel diameters and lengths are

available in stainless steel to add new design possibilities .
