Student Loans? Student Cards?

Student Cards: You must be enrolled in a full-time degree or diploma

program.

Students in our program are full-time “employees” – not a full-time “students”.

Student Loans: StudentAid BC helps eligible students with the cost of their

post-secondary education through loans, grants, bursaries, scholarships and

special programs.

Most StudentAid BC programs are based on need, providing financial

assistance where students and their immediate families do not have the

resources to meet the costs of post-secondary education and basic living

expenses. StudentAid BC also offers scholarships based on merit.

StudentAid BC administers programs on behalf of the Government of Canada

including Canada student loans and Canada student grants.

ITA Exam Instructions

Foundation Students: Certificate of Completion Exam

Level 2 Students: Certificate of Qualification Exam

• 12:30 pm Friday, June 15th – must arrive 30 minutes prior to

• Must provide government issued photo ID

• Prohibited materials include wallets, backpacks, bags, purses,

electronic devices and stored in area designated by the invigilator

• To write the exam you will be given a golf pencil, calculator and an

answer sheet

• Food and beverage not allowed

Foundation Students:

Students who successfully complete the Foundation Program …..

1. Obtain full-time employment in a BC funeral home

2. Register to begin Level 2 Apprenticeship Program in Fall

3. Apply for an Apprentice License

4. Begin 3600 hours of workplace training / completion of log book and

evidence binder

must inform the Director in writing

immediately upon any change of

employment status. All current

licences must be returned to the

Director upon ceasing employment.

employer and does not go with

you …. BUT
