王源東

1960生於麻豆。師大美研所畢業。曾任國立

嘉義大學美術系主任，現任視覺藝術系專任教

授。作品曾獲教育部文藝創作獎第一名。曾在

臺北市立美術館、國立臺灣美術館及高雄市、

臺中市、嘉義市、臺南市等地文化中心舉行水

墨個展。

Wang, Yuan-DonWang, Yuan-Don was born in 1960 in Madou, and received a master’s degree from National Taiwan Normal University’s Graduate School of Fine Arts. He once served as director of Chiayi University’s Art Department and is currently a lecturer in its Department of Visual Arts. He was awarded First Prize for the Ministry of Education’s Culture and Art Awards, and has held solo ink painting exhibitions at the Taipei Fine Arts Museum and culture centers in Kaohsiung, Taichung and Tainan cities.

國立臺灣師大美術研究所碩士。現任國立高中

美術專任教師，曾任臺灣師範大學及臺中師院

有畫集及論文集各一本。

Shih, Tung-ChinShih, Tung-Chin obtained his master’s degree from National Taiwan Normal University’s Graduate School of Fine Arts and is currently an art teacher at a national high school. He previously worked as a part-time lecturer at National Taichung College of Education and National Taiwan Normal University. Shih has held two solo exhibitions and numerous joint exhibitions in Taiwan and abroad, and has also published one album of his paintings and thesis.

朱忠勇

國立臺灣師範大學美術研究所畢業，現任國立

臺中第一高級中學美術教師兼特教組長、國立

彰化師範大學美術系兼任講師、中華民國藝術

教育學會理事。作品於全省美展、大墩美展、

臺陽美展、公教美展等獲獎多次；個展三次，

聯展數十次。著作多篇。

Chu, Chung-YungObtained his degree from the Graduate School of Fine Arts at National Taiwan Normal University, Chu Chung-Yung is currently working as a Fine arts teacher as well as the chief of special education at National Taichung First Senior High School. He is also a part-time lecturer at the Department of Fine Arts, National Changhua University of Education, and the director of Art Education Society of the Republic of China. He has won many awards from Taiwan Fine Arts Exhibition, Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition, Tai-Yang Fine Arts Exhibition and Government and Civil Fine Arts Exhibition. He has held three solo exhibitions, got involved in over ten group exhibitions and published many albums.

朱意萍

1955年生，臺北、臺中舉行7次個展，2次網路

個展，參加國際彩墨方巾大展、亞洲美術家聯

展、海峽兩岸美術家聯展及921賑災聯展，出版

一本畫集。

Chu, Yi-PingChu Yi-Ping was born in 1955. She has held seven solo exhibitions in Taipei and Taichung, two online solo exhibitions, and joined in International Tsai-Mo Art Exhibition, the Exhibition of Asian Artists, and the Exhibition of Artists across the Straits and the Charity Exhibition for 921 Earthquake. A collection of her paintings has been published.

Ho, Jui-ChingHo Jui-Ching received his master’s degree in Plastic Arts from National Taiwan University of the Arts. He is currently the director of the Changhua County Fine Arts Association, and artistic director for the Baiguoshan Guangtian Temple Art and Cultural Festival. He also works for the Yuanlin District Office as a researcher for its Yuanlin Art Development History Studies and received a subsidy from the National Culture and Arts Foundation to attend a Professional Visual Art Management course. His works have been exhibited at the Taipei Fine Arts Museum’s Chinese Contemporary Paintings Exhibition and have won an Award of Merit at the same museum’s Contemporary Abstract Paintings Exhibition.

何慧芬

1956年生，國立臺灣師大美研所畢業，曾任

國中教師及多所大專院校兼任講師、國立臺灣

藝術學院專任講師，現為臺灣師大及聯合大學

兼任教師，曾舉行6 次個展。

Ho, Huei-FenHo Huei-Fen was born in 1956 and gained her degree from the Graduate School of Fine Arts at National Taiwan Normal University. She previously taught as a teacher in a junior high school and as a part-time lecturer at several colleges and universities. She used to be the full-time lecturer at National Taiwan College of Arts. She is a part-time lecturer at National Taiwan Normal University and National United University. She has held six solo exhibitions.

吳心荷

吳心荷藝術工作者，畢業於國立臺灣師範大學美研

所，作品獲全省美展優選，北縣美展大會獎等。參

與舉辦100次展演活動。是「古墓春宮」宮主小龍

女，「古墓春宮」所有規劃藉由文字、藝術作品、

展演、錄影、網路等諸多方式，以互動交流的開放

空間，去探討人類的本質心靈、禁忌的話題，每個

人都可以是共享者或參與者，同時以多媒材形式表

現進行藝術創作，水墨、油彩、壓克力、版畫、陶

瓷、立體雕塑、數位影像、綜合媒材、裝置藝術、

行動藝術、表演藝術等。

Wu, Hsin-HoWu Hsin-Ho is a professional artist who holds a master's degree from National Taiwan Normal University’s Graduate School of Fine Arts. She has won an Award of Merit at the Taiwan Fine Arts Exhibition and a Grand Award at the Taipei County Fine Arts Exhibition. Wu has also taken part in 100 art and performance activities, and was the creator of the "Ancient Tomb Pornographic Palace" experimental project, in which she explored human taboos and states of mind via an open, interactive platform with words, artworks, exhibitions,films and networking. Every participant was able to either simply show their support by being at the activities, or fully engaging in performances. A great number of materials were applied—ink, oil paint, acrylic, printmaking, ceramic, 3D sculptures and digital images—to complement performances such as installation art and theater and deliver the message.

吳恭瑞

1962年生，彰化縣人，中國文化大學美術系

畢業，國立臺灣師範大學美術研究所畢業。自

1983年起，獲各種獎項多次，個展十一次，

國內外聯展數十次。現任國立臺灣藝術大學書

畫藝術學系、通識中心、華梵大學美術系兼任

助理教授。

Wu, Kung-JuiWu Kung-Jui was born in Changhua in 1962 and graduated from Chinese Culture University's Department of Fine Arts before earning a Master of Fine Arts degree from National Taiwan Normal University. Since 1983, he has won many awards, held 11 solo exhibitions and taken part in dozens of joint exhibitions locally and internationally. Wu now lectures at the Department of Painting and Calligraphy Arts and Center of General Education at National Taiwan University of Arts. He is also an assistant professor in Huafan University's Department of Fine Arts.

1964年生於臺南縣，東海大學美研所畢業，

曾舉行個展並受邀參加中國現代水墨畫大展、

中國現代墨彩畫展、1994 吉隆坡國際水墨畫

展、日本國際水墨畫展、臺灣彩墨新貌展等。

在俄、日、美、法、大陸等地展出。

Wu, Ching-ChuanWu Ching-Chuan was born in Tainan County in 1964, and received his degree from the Graduate School of Fine Arts at Tunghai University. He has held solo exhibitions, and engaged in the Modern Ink Painting Exhibition, Modern Tsai-Mo Exhibition, 1994 Kuala Lumpur International Ink Painting Exhibition, Japan International Ink Painting Exhibition and Taiwan Modern Tsai-Mo Exhibition. His artworks have been displayed in Russia, Japan, America, France and China.

吳榮宗

國立臺灣藝術大學造形藝術研究所畢業，

現任僑光科技大學講師，作品獲第三屆彩

墨新人獎新人賞、2010 年中華民國國際版

畫雙年展、2012年泰國國際版畫三年展、

第九屆磺溪美展攝影類首獎，於全國、全

省、高雄獎、公教美展等獲得多次獎項，

及國內外展覽（西班牙、墨西哥、中國、

日本、美國…）多次。

Wu, Jung-TzongWu, Jung-Tzong received his master’s degree in Plastic Arts from National Taiwan University of Arts and currently serves as a lecturer at Overseas Chinese University. His works have received various awards, including the 3rd International Tsai-Mo New Artist Award; first place at the 2010 International Biennial Print Exhibition, R.O.C., 2012 Thailand International Triennial Print Exhibit ion and in the photography category at the 9th Huang Shi Art Exhibition; and numerous awards at other Taiwanese competitions such as the National Art Exhibition, Taiwan Provincial Fine Arts Exhibition, and Kaohsiung Fine Arts Exhibition. In addition to numerous solo and joint exhibitions in Taiwan and other countries including Spain, Mexico, China, Japan and the United States.

普林頓大學藝術學研究所教授/處長，臺灣

女性現代藝術協會會長。高雄市美展、南

瀛美展、大墩美展、新竹縣美展、臺南縣

美展、屏東美展等評審委員。臺灣「省政

府中興新村」駐村藝術家徵選/評審委員。

個展38回。

Wu, Chiung-HuaBorn in 1952 in Kaohsiung, Wu Chiung-Hua holds a doctorate in Art Creation from Princeton University, a master’s degree in Plastic Arts from National Taiwan University of Arts and a bachelor’s degree in Art Education from University of Southern California (U.S.C.). She is currently a professor and dean of the Graduate Institute of Arts, and has been appointed as director of the Taiwan Women Contemporary Art Association. Ms. Wu also serves as a jury member for various exhibitions, including the Kaohsiung Fine Arts Exhibition, Nanying Fine Arts Exhibition, Dadun Fine Arts Exhibition, Hsinchu Fine Arts Exhibition, Tainan Fine Arts Exhibition, and Pingtung Fine Arts Exhibition, and was part of the jury panel selecting resident artists for the Taiwan Provincial Government Building in Zhongxing New Village. Ms. Wu has held a total number of 38 solo exhibitions.

呂坤和

生於金門蓮庵村。臺北市立美術館81年水墨創新展榮

獲創新首獎，水墨畫創作個展二十次、國內外聯展超

過百次。師大美術系版畫第一名畢業，國立臺灣師範

大學藝術學博士。臺中技術學院商業設計學系兼任講

師，廈門大學藝術學院客座教授，國際彩墨聯盟秘書

長，國立臺灣師範大學美術系兼任助理教授，私立中

國科技大學視覺傳達設計系專任助理教授。入選臺灣

名家水墨100。

Lu, Kun-HoLu, Kun-Ho was born in Lianan village on Kinmen Island. He was awarded a first prize in the ink wash painting category at the Taipei Fine Arts Exhibition in 1992, has held 20 solo ink wash paint ing exhibitions, and participated in over 100 joint local and overseas exhibitions. After graduating first in his class at National Taichung Institute of Technology’s Department of Blocking Printing, Lu continued his arts studies and earned a doctorate from National Taiwan Normal University. He is currently a part-time lecturer at National Taichung Institute of Technology’s Department of Commercial Design, a visit ing professor at the Art College of Xiamen University, secretary general of the Federation of International Tsai-Mo Artists, part-time assistant professor at National Taiwan Normal University’s Department of Arts, and full-time assistant professor at University of Science and Technology of China’s Department of Visual Communication Design. He has also been included in a book of 100 Taiwan Ink and Wash Prestigious Artists that will be published.

李振明

Lee, Cheng- MingMr. Lee is a professor at National Taiwan Normal University's Department of Fine Arts, director of its College of Fine Arts, vice president of the 21st Century Ink Painting Society, secretary general of the Federation of Taiwanese Tsai-Mo Artists, and president of the Yuanmo Ink Painting Association. He has held over 10 solo exhibitions and joined numerous significant joint exhibitions in Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, U.S.A, France, Russia, Canada, Belgium, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and the Philippines.

李素月

Lee, Su-YuehBorn in Taichung in 1958, Lee, Su-Yueh holds a master’s degree in Fine Arts from National Taiwan Normal University. She’s held six solo exhibitions and published two editions of her own paintings. Some of her works have joined collections at the National Museum of Fine Arts and National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. She has also won the Bronze Medal in the Provincial Fine Art Exhibition, Award of Merit in the National Art Exhibition, and the First Prize in Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition.

李裕源

1962生於臺中，個展11次，聯展數十次。曾任

臺中市教國團西畫教師、原生畫會理事、嘉義

市鐵道藝術協會總幹事。現任嘉義市鐵道藝術

村駐村藝術家、嘉義市美術協會理事、嘉義市

鐵道藝術發展協會理事、國際MEETA藝術團

體、新觸角藝術群、國際彩墨會員。作品於全

省美展、大墩美展、南瀛美展、高雄獎、屏東

美展、中部美展、全國百號油畫展等獲獎，曾

參與兩岸青年藝術家大展、2010上海春季沙龍

展、臺灣－墨西哥國際畫展、Recocimiento國際展等展出。

Lee, Yu-YuanLee Yu-Yuan was born in 1962 in Taichung. To date, he has held 11 solo exhibitions and participated in more than 10 joint exhibitions. He previously served as a Western painting lecturer for the Taichung China Youth Corps, director of Yuansheng Art Association and chairman of the Chiayi Yidao Art Association. He is currently a resident artist at the Chiayi Railway Art Village, director of both the Chiayi Art Association and Chiayi Railway Art Development Association, and a member of the International Meeta Art Group, Xinchujiao Art Group and International Tsai-Mo Art Association. His artworks have won awards in many renowned exhibitions, including the Taiwan Provincial Fine Arts Exhibition, Da Dun Art Exhibition, Nan Yin Art Exhibition, Kaohsiung Awards Exhibition, Pingtung County Art Exhibition, Central Taiwan Art Exhibition, and National Large-Sized Oil Paintings Exhibition. He has also joined numerous international art exhibitions, including the Cross-Strait Youth Artist Art Exhibition, The 2010 Shanghai Spring Salon, Taiwan-Mexico International Art Exhibition, and Recocimiento Exhibition.

沈政乾

1961出生於臺南縣下營鄉，畢業於師大美術

研究所。任教於長榮大學美術系暨書畫學程專

任助理教授。曾個展於臺北、臺南、高雄等地

共10次，聯展約50餘次。曾獲全國美展油畫

類第2名、公教美展第1名、南部七縣市寫生

比賽第1名、教育部文藝創作獎第3名等。

Shen, Cheng-ChienShen Cheng-Chien was born in Tainan county’s Xiaying township in 1961 and graduated from National Taiwan Normal University’s Graduate Institute of Fine Arts. He is now a full-time assistant professor at Chang Jung Chr ist ian Universi ty ’s Department of Fine Arts and the course of Chinese painting and calligraphy. He has held a total of 10 solo exhibitions at locations around Taiwan including Taipei, Tainan and Kaohsiung and participated in more than 50 joint exhibitions. His numerous awards have included second prize in the oil painting category for the National Art Exhibition, first prize for the National Civil Officers Art Exhibition, first prize in the Seven Southern Taiwan Counties and Cities Sketching Contest, and third prize for the Ministry of Education Art and Literature Awards.

林子賀

國立臺灣師範大學美術系研究所碩士，曾在

南韓、臺灣臺北、桃園、臺中等地聯展數

次，個展《水墨騎士》獲臺北市政府文化局

藝文補助，動畫配樂作品則展演於2012臺北

電影節，並曾擔任王秀雄教授紀錄短片的拍

攝導演。曾受訪於教育廣播電台、張老師月

刊、聯合報，目前工作生活於臺北。

Lin, Tzu-HoLin Tzu-Ho obtained his master’s degree from National Taiwan Normal University’s Graduate Institute of Fine Arts. He has participated in joint exhibitions in South Korea and Taiwan, in Taipei, Taoyuan and Taichung. His “Ink and Wash Knight” solo exhibition was subsidized by the Taipei City Cultural Affairs Bureau and he composed musical tracks for animation used in the 2012 Taipei Movie Festival. He was also directed a documentary about Professor Wang Hsiu-Hsiung. In addition, he has been interviewed by National Education Radio, Teacher Zhang Monthly Magazine and the Union Times. Currently, he resides and works in Taipei.

林永發

1954年生於臺東，臺灣師大國文系、中國文

化大學藝研所碩士，現任國立臺東大學美術產

業系教授、國立臺東生活美學館館長。曾獲中

國文藝獎章，臺灣省全省美展首獎、韓國國際

晚松藝術文化獎等。出版林永發水墨畫集五冊

及多本著作。

Lin, Yung-FaLin Yung-Fa was born in Taitung in 1954 and graduated from National Taiwan Normal University’s Department of Chinese. He then obtained his master’s degree in Fine Arts from Chinese Culture University. He is currently a professor at National Taitung University’s Department of Art Industry, and director of the National Taitung Living Art Center. Lin has won various awards, including the National Arts Award, First Prize at the Taiwan Provincial Fine Arts Exhibition, and Korea International Wansong Art and Cultural Award. He’s also published five albums of his paintings and several books.

林昆山

1960 年生，個展25回，兩岸聯展及國內外聯展

數十回，曾獲50 屆全省美展第一名、南美獎第

一名、中美展第一名、北縣國畫比賽第一名、

北區縣市國畫比賽第一名、加拿大楓葉獎優

選。作品被國立臺灣美術館、國父紀念館、新

莊文化中心及國內外人士收藏。

Lin, Kun-ShanBorn in 1960, Lin Kun-Shan has held 25 solo exhibitions and participated in more than 10 local and international joint exhibitions. His awards include first prizes at the following events—the 50th Taiwan Fine Arts Exhibition, Tainan Art Studies Association and Arts Exhibition of Taiwan Central, Taipei County Chinese Painting Contest, and Northern Taiwan Chinese Painting Contest—plus an Award of Merit for the Maple Leaf Awards in Canada. His artworks have become part of collections held by the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Xinzhuang Cultural Center, and art collectors worldwide.

Lin, Hui-ChiehLin Hui-Chieh received his Master degree from the Graduate School of Fine Arts, National Taiwan Normal University. He gained the Second Prize from Taiwan Government and Civil Fine Arts Exhibition in 1991, the Honorary Award in 1992, the First Prize in 1993, and the Second Prize in 1994 and 1995, and his works was permanently exempted from evaluation in 1996. Moreover, he won the Third Prize of Chinese Painting in Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition in 1996 and 1997.

林淑女

文化大學美術系畢業，應邀歷史博物館、全國

美展及中外交流展多次。曾在省美館、臺北市

美館及各縣市文化中心個展。中山文藝創作獎

國畫類得獎。出版林淑女作品集兩冊。現任工

筆畫學會理事長。

Lin, Shu-NuLin Su-Nu gained her degree from the Department of Fine Arts at Chinese Culture University. She has been invited several times to take part in exhibitions at the National Museum of History, National Art Exhibit ion and international exchange exhibitions in Taiwan and at abroad. She has also had solo exhibitions at the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, Taipei Fine Arts Museum and some County and City Culture Centers. She has gained the Award of Chinese Painting from Sun Yat-Sen Cultural Foundation, and published two albums entitled 'Compositions by Lin Su-Nu'. She is currently the chairperson of Fine Line Painting Association.

林鴻銘

國立臺南藝術學院造形研究所碩士，作品曾入

選國家展覽、省市展覽，並獲臺北市美展「臺

北獎」，先後在臺北美國文化中心、省立美術

館及臺北市立美術館舉行35次個展，出版畫冊3本。2011年林鴻銘創作展於國立臺灣美術館。

Lin, Hung-MingLin Hung-Ming received an M.F.A. from the Graduate Institute of Plastic Arts at Tainan National University of the Arts, his works were selected in the National fine Arts Exhibition and Taiwan fine Arts Exhibition. He has won the Taipei Award from the Taipei Fine Arts Exhibition, given 35 solo exhibitions in National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts and Taipei Fine Arts Museum, and published three albums. In 2011, he held the “Exhibitions of Lin Hung-Ming” in National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts National.

邱文仕

1976年生於屏東縣竹田鄉，國立臺灣師範大

學美術研究所畢業，現任三重市永福國小美術

老師。作品曾獲「黃君璧先生美術文教基金

會」獎學金、「1999、2007年竹塹美展」水

墨類第一名、「國軍第37屆文藝金像獎」第

一名、「桃源美展」膠彩類第二名、「第五屆

彩墨新人賞」新人獎。個展六回，作品典藏於

國父紀念館、國立歷史博物館、新竹市文化

局、新竹縣文化局等。

Chiu, Wen-ShiBorn in Pingtung county’s Zhutian township in 1976, Chiu Wen-Shi received his master’s degree in Fine Arts from National Taiwan Normal University. He is currently an art teacher at Yong Fu Elementary School in New Taipei City’s Sanchong district. Chiu and his works have won widespread recogn i t ion and awards, inc lud ing a scholarship from Huang Chun-Pi Arts and Culture Foundation, first place in the water-ink painting category at the Zhuqian Art Exhibition in 1999 and 2007, first place at the 37th Armed Forces Golden Statues Awards for Literature and Arts, second place in the glue painting category at the Taoyuan Art Exhibition, and a New Artist Award at the 5th Tsai-mo New Artist Awards. He has held six solo exhibitions and his artworks have been acquired by the National Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, National Museum of History, and bureaus of cultural affairs in both Hsinchu city and county.

Chi, Tsung-JenBorn in Taiwan in 1943, Chi Tsung-Jen graduated from National Taiwan College of Arts. He has held several solo exhibitions and published several painting albums. He won the Gold Medal in the oil painting category at the 24th National Exhibition in 2000, Gold Medal in the oil painting category at the 64th and 65th Taiyang Fine Arts Exhibitions, the 32nd Distinguished Alumnus Award from National Taiwan University of Arts, and the 1st Outstanding Alumnus Award from National Ching-Shui Senior High School. In 2009, he was awarded the Outstanding Senior Artist Award in Taichung. He has also served as a juror for the following exhibitions: Taiwan National Exhibition, Tai Yang Art Exhibition, Central Taiwan Art Exhibition, National Large-Sized Oil Paintings Exhibition, and Taichung County Artist Relay Exhibition.

Sun, Yi-HuaSun Yi-Hua received her doctorate from the National Taiwan Normal University’s Department of Fine Arts’ Theory Group. She’s now a part-time assistant professor at the National Taiwan University of Arts’ Department of Painting and Calligraphy Arts. Her works won the first prize in the professional category at the National Civil Officers Art Exhibition for three consecutive years and she has been awarded with permanent pre-approved status to join this exhibition. She has held seven solo ink and wash painting exhibitions and been invited to attend many joint exhibitions both in Taiwan and abroad.

1949生於臺灣彰化員林，1975年畢業於國立臺

灣師範大學美術系，獲有美國紐約市立大學美

術研究所碩士學位（M.F.A）。曾任國立師範大

學美術系教授、主任、所長，現任國立臺灣師

範大學美術研究所兼任教授與萬能科技大學創

意藝術中心主任。從1975年起，曾獲獎多次、

聯展無數次、個展國內50餘次、國外10餘次。

曾任全國美展、全省美展、臺北獎、高雄獎、

公共藝術、廣播電視金鐘獎等評審委員及臺北

市立美術館、國立臺灣美術館、高雄市立美術

館、宜蘭文化局、鶯歌陶瓷博物館典藏委員。

Yuan, Chin-TaaBorn in 1949 in Changhua county’s Yuanlin, Yuan Chin-Taa graduated from National Taiwan Normal University’s Department of Fine Arts in 1975 and received master’s degree in Fine Arts at the City University of New York. He previously served as a professor and director of National Taiwan Normal University’s Fine Arts Department and as president of the university’s Graduate Institute. He’s currently a part-time professor in the university’s Department of Fine Arts, and director of the Creative Art Center at Vanung University of Technology. He has won a great number of awards, joined many joint exhibitions, held 50 solo exhibitions in Taiwan and 10 overseas. He has also served as a jury member for many exhibitions, including the National Fine Arts Exhibition, Taiwan Provincial Fine Arts Exhibition, Taipei Awards, Kaohsiung Awards, and Public Arts and Golden Bell Awards. In addition, he was a member of museum collection committees at the following organizations—the Taipei Fine Arts Museum, National Taiwan Fine Arts Museum, Kaohsiung Fine Arts Museum, Yilan Cultural Affairs Bureau and Yingge Ceramics Museum.

After retiring from her career as a junior high school art teacher, Chang is now a professional painter. She has received numerous awards, including being short-listed in the Gouache Category at the National Fine Arts Exhibition in 2011, First Prize and Second Prize in the Gouache Category at the Dadun Fine Arts Exhibition in 2010 and 2011, an Award of Merit at the 2009 and 2010 Tai Yang Art Exhibition, and Third Prize in the Calligraphy Category at the Taiwan Provincial Civil Servant Art Exhibition. She’s held four solo exhibitions and published two books of her paintings and thesis, “Feelings”.

Chuang, Lian-DungBorn in 1964 in Taiwan's Changhua County, Chuang Lian-Dung received his doctorate in fi ne arts from National Taiwan Normal University. His works have won several national awards, and he's held 11 solo exhibitions across Taiwan (in Taipei, Taichung, Changhua and Chiayi). Chuang has also published four personal art collections and fi ve related books. Hsu, Hui-HungHsu Hui-Huang was born in Lukang, Taiwan in 1937. Holding a master ’s degree in Art Studies, he is currently an assistant professor at Da-Yeh University. His artworks have earned a bronze medal, been short-listed for a consecutive 21 times at the Salon des Artistes and the Salon d’Autumne, and been exhibited in the Grand Palace in Paris, France. 日、韓水彩畫交誼展，亞洲水彩聯盟展、

亞洲現代國際美展創辦人，應邀中國湖南

師大、江蘇省美術館、杭州中國美術學院

等三省巡迴四十五天個展，開幕、藝術講

座、揮毫、藝術界座談會，中國美術學院

客座教授2回。

Chen, Chung-TsangBorn in Yilan county’s Luodong district in 1938, Chen Chung-Tsang served as chairman of the Art Society of Yilan for its first three years. After teaching art in junior high schools for 27 years, he retired to become a professional artist. He also served as the director general of the Taiwan International Watercolor Association for 20 years. Between 1981 and 1985, Chen founded the Taiwan, Japan and Korean Watercolor Painting Friendship Exhibition, Asian International Art Exhibition, and Asian Watercolor League Exhibition. He was also invited to hold solo exhibitions at Hunan Normal University, Jiangsu Provincial Art Museum and China Academy of Art in Hangzhou. This exhibition tour crossed three provinces in China over a period of 45 days. He has also been invited to attend art exhibition launch events, art seminars and forums, and was twice a visiting professor at the China Academy of Fine Arts.

She currently serves as chairman of the Bade Art Association in Taoyuan County, an ink and wash painting lecturer at the Dharma Drum Mountain Social University, and as an ink and wash painting instructor at Bade Youth Academy Taoyuan County. Throughout her career, Peng has held 16 solo exhibitions and more than 20 joint exhibitions with her students, and participated in over 100 collaborative exhibitions. She has been granted permanent pre-approved status to join the Tao Yuan Art Exhibition and is also the current executive director of the Plum Blossom Chinese Arts Association and director of the Taoyuan Fine Arts Association.

He has juried for International Art Exhibition, National Art Exhibition of The Republic of China, Taiwan Provincial Fine Arts Exhibitions, Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition and Taiwan's Outstanding Young Persons Award. Huang is the author of ten books and has also published six catalogs of his paintings. He has been invited to participate in the International Art Exhibition for more than 100 times. He is currently the President for the Federation of International Tsai-Mo Artists, an Artistic Academician for the Asian Institute of Art and Science, and also an Honorary Visiting Professor for the American Purlinton University.

Liao, Fang-YiBorn in 1965 in Chiayi, Liao Fang-Yi graduated with a degree in Commercial Design from the National Taichung Institute of Commerce. She has held a total of four solo exhibitions and participated in over 10 joint exhibitions. Her awards include a third prize in the watercolor painting category and award of merit in the oil painting category at the National Civil Officers Art Exhibition, and a short-listing in the oil painting category for the National Art Exhibition. Her artworks have received recognition at various major art exhibitions such as the National Large-Sized Paintings Exhibition, Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition, Huang Shi Art Exhibition, Taiwan National Exhibition and Central Taiwan Art Exhibition.

Liao, Mei-LanLiao Mei-Lan received her doctorate in Wash Painting from the Fine Arts and Theory Group at National Taiwan Normal University's Department of Fine Arts. She has held 10 solo exhibitions, joined several joint exhibitions, and published two albums of her paintings. Liao also won first place at the National Calligraphy Competition, and received a Bronze Medal in the ink painting category at the Tai Yang Art Exhibition. Currently, she works as a professional painter.

Chao, Tsung-KwanChao Tsung-Kwan was born in 1935. He has won First Prize at the National Fine Arts Exhibition and his works have been short-listed several times at France’s Salon of Autumn and Salon of Spring and received the Special Award at Korea’s Olympic Fine Arts Exhibition. He has held 37 solo exhibitions and 25 joint exhibitions with his wife. He has also published 10 albums of his paintings. At present, he is the appointed director of the Taiwan Glue-Color Association and French Salon in Taiwan Artists Society, as well as a jury member for the National Art Exhibition and Taiwan Provincial Fine Arts Exhibition.

劉獻中臺北市人。1972年臺灣藝專、1978年文化學院畢業。曾任臺北畫派會長。個展多

次，中外聯展百餘次。重要策展多次，如臺北

畫派大展於臺北、臺北經驗展於韓國首爾等。

作品從早期工筆寫實經驗至今，即創造個人繪

畫語彙、形式，其過程藉由象徵、隱喻、展

現、不明至矛盾結構，發展到顯象幕、封鎖線

及梭象拼圖，試探新東方美學。

Liu, Xian-ChungBorn in Taipei, Liu Xian-Chong graduated from the National Taiwan College of Arts in 1972 and obtained his bachelor’s degree from Chinese Culture University. He is a former chairman of Taipei Art Group and has held numerous solo exhibitions and joined over a hundred joint exhibitions in Taiwan and abroad. He has also organized many significant exhibitions, including the Taipei Art Group Exhibition in Taipei and Taipei Experience Exhibition in Seoul, South Korea. He established his own unique painting methods and style early in his painting career. Specializing in realistic brushwork, he explores and scrutinizes the concepts of new oriental aesthetics in a variety of ways—using symbolic, metaphorical, direct, abstract and contradictory structures via a multitude of inspirations from various mediums, including TV screens, blockade lines and even outer space.

Tsai, Yi-XingAn alumnus of the Tainan University of Technology graduate program in the arts, Tsai Yi-Xing has received numerous accolades, including first place at the 2007 National Collegiate Digital Ink Competition, an honorable mention at the 2004 National Art Creative Work On-Line Competition, the 2003 Tsai-Mo New Artist Award, and third place at the National Youth Painting and Calligraphy Competition. After holding various solo and collaborative exhibitions, Tsai currently serves as president of the alumnus for Department of Fine Arts at the Tainan University of Technology as well as supervisor for the Kaohsiung City Association for Development.

蕭仁徵

國立臺灣藝專畢業，曾任教國中、國小、花蓮

師專繪畫導師四十餘年，作品代表國家參加巴

黎、聖保羅、香港及美、英、日、俄、西、義

等國際文化交流展，個展十餘次，全國美展評

審委員，獲畫學金爵獎，出版薪火傳承畫集及

臺灣百年名家美術水墨專輯，為新東方現代書

畫會會長。

Hsiao, Jen-ChengHsiao Jen-Cheng graduated from National Taiwan University of Arts and then taught at junior high schools, elementary schools and the National Hualien Teachers College for over 40 years. His works have represented Taiwan and been short-listed in international art exhibitions in Paris, Sao Paulo, Hong Kong, the United States, U.K., Japan, Russia, Spain and Italy. He’s held a number of solo exhibitions and published a collection of painting albums of his works and those by other renowned ink wash painting artists. He has also served a jury member for the National Fine Arts Exhibition, and won an Achievement Award in Arts. He is now chairman of the Chinese Contemporary Painting and Calligraphy Association.

Hsiao, Fei-TanObtained her degree from the Graduate School of Fine Arts at National Taiwan Normal University, Hsiao Fei-Tan is at present a fine arts teacher at National Taichung First Senior High School and a part-time lecturer at the Department of Visual Arts of Ling Tung University. She has won the Honorary Award from Taiwan Fine Arts Exhibition, and the Outstanding Artist of Chinese Painting from National Fine Arts Exhibition. Besides, she has had three solo exhibitions, played a part in dozens of group exhibitions in Taiwan and at abroad. She has published collections of theses and paintings.

Yen, Chen-YingYen Chen-Ying was born in 1940, and received his PhD in Speech and Drama from Brigham Young University, U.S.A. He was a professor at the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures at National Taiwan University, and is currently an honorary professor in the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature at National Cheng Kung University (the only professor awarded at the College of Liberal Arts). He previously served as the Dean of the Department and of the Graduate School, Academic Dean and the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts. He has written several books, held twenty eight solo exhibitions and published fi ve collections of his artworks.

戴明德

1960生於臺灣嘉義。國立臺南藝術大學造形藝

術研究所碩士。現為嘉義鐵道藝術村駐村藝術

家，台新獎提名委員，國立高雄師範大學美術

系、嘉義大學視覺藝術系兼任助理教授。著作

十餘冊及個展多次。

Tai, Ming-DeBorn in Chiayi, Taiwan in 1960, Tai Ming-De received a master’s from Tainan National University of Arts’ Graduate Institute of Plastic Arts. He is currently a resident artist at the Art Site of the Chiayi Railway Warehouse, a jury member of the Taixin Award nomination committee, and a part-time assistant professor at National Kaohsiung Normal University’s Department of Arts and National Chiayi University’s Department of Visual Arts. He’s also published more than 10 albums of his paintings and held several solo exhibitions.

謝其昌

2007西班牙瓦倫西亞科技大學藝術博士畢，

2002西班牙薩拉曼加藝術創作碩士畢，1998國立臺灣藝術學院畢，1994國立藝專畢，現任彩

墨畫會秘書、中華民國版畫協會會員、臺灣真

象畫會會員、國際MEETA 藝術團體會員，曾經

在臺灣、大陸、日本、墨西哥、西班牙、葡萄

牙、美國和法國等地美術館、大學藝文中心、

畫廊藝術博覽會展出，2004 Grabando Espacio 企劃入選、參展第12屆西班牙馬德里國際版畫

博覽會。參加國際MEETA藝術團體在墨西哥、

波蘭、臺灣、委內瑞拉、西班牙展出。

Hsieh, Chi-ChangHsieh Chi-Chang graduated in 2007 with a doctorate from the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia, Spain. Prior to this, he specialized in Spanish Salamanjia Art and received his master's degree in fine arts in 2002. For his bachelor's and master's degrees, he attended the National Taiwan College of Arts, graduating in 1994 and 1998, respectively. Hsieh is currently not only the secretary of the Tsai-Mo Society but also a member of the ROC Printmaking Association, Taiwan Realism Painting Association, and International MEETA Arts Group. Moreover, Hsieh's works have been featured in museums, galleries and university arts and culture centers all across China, Japan, Mexico, Spain, Portugal, the United States and France. In 2004, Hsieh's work, "Grabando Espacio", was selected for inclusion in the 12th International Print Fair, held in Madrid, Spain. Hsieh's works have also been exhibited through International MEETA Arts Groups around the world, in countries such as Mexico, Poland, Taiwan, Venezuela and Spain.

　　秋高氣爽的九月上旬，「第十一屆臺中彩墨藝術節」風光的展開序幕，安排有大型國際性美展和

豐富又多彩多姿的展演，令人目不暇給。

　　9月6日上午11時舉行記者會，由葉樹姍局長主持，首先由三位舞者妝扮成貓女表演精彩舞蹈，接

著由葉局長妝扮藍羽仙子、黃朝湖會長妝扮豐收精靈，戴著面具華麗出場介紹彩墨藝術節的內容，再

由葉局長、黃會長、陳有江議員和劉雲方老師揭開巨型紅色大禮盒，藏在禮盒中的十多位大學生，帶

著面具活潑登場，成為全場注目的焦點，正式宣告「第十一屆臺中彩墨藝術節」啟航。

　　葉局長致詞時指出，今年以「面具」為主題，共邀請到全世界28國129位藝術家創作面具作品172

件參加國際展，同時安排社區彩繪等活動，串成特殊又具人文意涵的面具嘉年華。黃會長則解說面具

藝術的演變，並讚美各國藝術家的作品充滿創意和幻想。

　　9月8日上午10時臺中彩墨藝術節正式開幕，由蔡炳坤副市長主持開幕式，黃國書議員、外交部中

部辦事處萬家興處長、葉局長、黃朝湖會長、鄭宣棠執行長及來自全國各地的藝術家出席盛會。開幕

式首先宣讀馬英九總統及吳敦義副總統賀電，然後由外籍舞者在魅影威尼斯音樂中表演面具舞蹈，再

由東海大學、臺中科技大學和臺中一中學生，帶著自己創作的面具出場走秀，搞怪的造型和有趣的設

計，博得不少掌聲。

　　蔡副市長致詞時盛讚臺中彩墨藝術節和國際彩墨面具藝術大展，是接軌國際重要的標竿，葉局長

則希望全民能夠了解面具藝術的美學意義，並融入日常生活當中。接著由蔡副市長、葉局展及黃會長

將三種面具懸掛在「世面文化柱」裝置藝術上，完成精彩又活潑的開幕式。

　　國際彩墨面具藝術大展共有28國129位藝術家出品參展，172件色彩艷麗的作品佈置在大墩文化中

心的大墩藝廊，分二個展覽室陳列，可說琳瑯滿目，令人耳目一新。第一展覽室以外國畫家作品為

主，可以看出細緻中有創意，嚴謹中有幽默；第二展覽室以臺灣地區藝術家為主，具有多元風貌與成

熟的構想，可以媲美外國作品。

　　開幕後，藝術家們在展場圍成圓形座談藝術，形成有趣的人與作品，作品與作品的精彩對話。

　　9月8日下午4時，在草悟道有一場面具彩繪DIY，成群結隊的民眾帶著小朋友參與彩繪面具，熱

烈場面令人動容。

　　9月9日則在著名的楓樹社區舉辦彩繪社區活動，利用不同色調與社區特色元素，呈現楓樹社區過

去與現在的面貌，透過彩墨藝術色彩來妝點社區牆面，同時也舉辦笑面譜手工皂DIY，教民眾製作手

工皂。

　　第十一屆臺中彩墨藝術節，在各媒體大幅報導中，於9月27日以豐碩的成果劃下完美句點，再為

「臺中彩墨城市」增添一頁佳話。

The 11th Tsai-Mo Art Festival in Taichung took place in early September this year and was unveiled with a

September 6 festival press conference hosted by Taichung City Government Cultural Affairs Bureau Director

Susan Yeh. In a creative effort to represent this event, Director Yeh presented herself as the legendary “Blue

Fairy” character, while I portrayed the “Harvest Wizard” character. The press conference opening was also

highlighted by three dancers dressed up like the movie character “Catwoman”. A stage prop—a huge red box—

was unwrapped by Director Yeh, legislator Chen You-Jiang, Taiwan Cai-Ran Art and Education Association

lecturer Liu Win-Fang, and myself, revealing a number of young masked students who made an attention-

getting appearance from inside the box.

Director Yeh delivered a brief speech during the press conference, noting that 172 artworks by 129 artists

from 28 countries had been entered into the International Tsai-Mo Mask Art Exhibition. Festival organizers not

only successfully organized an international art festival, but also hosted several interesting DIY events at local

communities. For example, the September 8 “Color Your Mask” event was held on the Calligraphy Greenway

and attracted a number of parents and children who painted their own masks. I believe that the overall festival

was meaningful and brought a cultural influence to society, as the artworks created by international artists were

excellent and fantastic.

The “Color Your Mask” event was followed the very next day by an event at Feng Shu community, where

residents not only painted and decorated walls, but also took part in a “Make Your Own Mask Soap” event that

provided an excellent opportunity for participants to create their own mask-shaped soaps.

The festival's official opening ceremony also took place on September 8 at 10 a.m. and was attended by

Taichung City Deputy Mayor Cai Bing-Kun, Cultural Affairs Bureau Director Yeh, legislator Huang Guo-

Shu, head of the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Taichung Branch) Wan Jia-Xin,

administrator of the Public Culture and Arts Foundation Zheng Xuan-Tang, a number of artists, and myself.

Deputy Mayor Cai hosted the ceremony and announced a greeting to participants from President Ma Ying-jeou

and Vice President Wu Den-yih, while foreign dancers performed a dance reminiscent of Venetian masquerade

balls. Students from Tunghai University, National Taichung University of Science and Technology, and National

Taichung First Senior High School also presented their creative and colorful designs and artworks onstage.

During the opening ceremony, the deputy mayor noted that the festival was a combination of two events—the

11th Taichung Tsai-Mo Mask Art Festival and International Tsai-Mo Mask Art Exhibition—which he said were

a crucial factor for promoting Taiwan internationally. Cultural Affairs Bureau Director Yeh concurred with this

point and added that the festival provided opportunities for people to understand the aesthetics of masks. During

the ceremony's closing, Cai, Yeh and myself helped to hang masks on the symbolic, four-meter-tall art statue

“Multi-Culture Totem Pole”, which displayed different masks representing various cultures.

The International Tsai-Mo Mask Art Exhibition took place during the festival at the Da Dun Gallery of the

Da Dun Cultural Center, Taichung City. The artworks were exhibited at two galleries in the cultural center, one

featuring works by foreign artists and the other one the works by Taiwanese artists. These two exhibition venues

offered a contrast in artistic styles with, for example, some artworks by foreign artists presenting creativity and

humor, while other Taiwanese works conveyed mature ideas and colors.

Artists gathered and chatted with each other on the Calligraphy Greenway following the opening ceremony,

sitting in a circle to discuss art and their works. The festival concluded on September 27, bringing to an end a

successful event that provided a positive artistic influence on society and those who participated.
