Since Tropical Sno started in 1984 the best locations have always been free standing buildings located in the parking lot of a local shopping center. Since the majority of all Tropical Sno locations are seasonal the biggest challenge has always been transporting the buildings to and from your location. The Elite Transportable Building comes complete with removable axles and wheels and four leveling jacks. Using the leveling jacks you can easily raise the building, remove the axles and wheels and lower the building into place. The whole process takes less than 30 minutes.
