Conclusions ELS
• Most of the instructors use ELS
• They are satisfied with the response
• The attendance of the workshops is low
Reasons
• Not all instructors start their classes in
September
• They want short instruction video’s at the
moment they needed

• Many of the available features are not being
used, because:
• They are not aware of their existence
• They don’t know how to use it
• They want to be supported and informed at the
moment of need and 24x7

• EesySoft’s Application Positioning System (APS) monitors where users are working within an application
• It provides reports on how frequently a specific functionality is being used
• Based on the context users can receive support information about e.g. known problems, changes, FAQs, unused functionality

Advantages:• Detailed insight in how BB is being used• Less helpdesk support needed• Less training / workshops needed• Better and more consistent use of Blackboard• users
