scope: Tenant Improvement office space, including development of a main collaboration area for employees. Intention was to update and relate the space to the tenant’s branding image, as well as provide for additional spatial functions. Paint scheme represents tenant marketing colors, additional low walls and ottomans function as seating areas with outlets for laptops, iPads, etc. 3form partitions proposed to provide separation between this common area and the cubicle zone.

scope: Conference room addition for a local graphic design firm. Design schemes included boundary options for a proposed conference “box”, as well as built in seating and addressing the surrounding office/gallery space. Intention was to provide a functional space with a mod-ern aesthetic that takes advantage of the natural light from the existing skylights in the space.
