Every year for the last five years, the group ‘Friends of Molo Academy’ has been involved in a project to raise the standards of education in our former school. We have been hosting the Top KCPE and KCSE performers to a luncheon at a 5-Star Hotel.

This year’s event was held at the Tribe Hotel, Gigiri and was attended by alumni, top performers, teachers and invited guests.

The luncheon has been a great motivator. The school’s performance has gone from good to great, to exceptional.

Over the next few slides, we show you what happened.

Renowned rally ace Ben Muchemi graced the event.

BEN MUCHEMI

Diagnosed with stomach cancer, his doctors gave him a 6% chance of survival. He has proved them wrong by not only living past their expectations, but also going back to full time : rallying.

He was here to teach the Top Performers very important lessons:

1. Appreciate life, and appreciate what you have,

2. Make the most of what God has given you,

3. Never give up (even when all odds are against you!!
