ChannelSync precisely synchronizes all acquisition modules. This screen image shows four differential signals input to four different acquisition modules and all signals are perfectly synchronized.

Arbitrary Waveform Generators

High Resolution Generators for Analog and Digital Waveform GenerationArbStudio series of arbitrary waveform generators (AWG) generates signals up to 125 MHz with high sample rate, long memory and high resolution as well as a variety of operating modes, modulation capabilities and a digital pattern generator. The software interface that controls the hardware is designed to simplify waveform creation with an intuitive navigation tree which allows easy access to all channels along with special views for controlling basic function generator outputs as well as pulse width modulation (PWM) capabilities.

Logic Analyzer 16 Channels, 1 GS/s, 100 MHz Input plus I2C, SPI and UART AnalysisLogicStudio 16 provides 16 channels with a high sample rate of 1 GS/s and maximum input of up to 100 MHz. The software provides a lively, dynamic waveform display with a smart, intuitive user-interface that is easily navigated by a few basic mouse clicks. LogicStudio provides a lot of tools for digital debug including timing cursors, unique zooming and panning of waveforms, a persistence display and a history mode which can replay old data captures. DDR3

NEW Kibra 380 AnalyzerThe LeCroy Kibra 380 is the industry first stand-alone DDR3 protocol analyzer that provides comprehensive DDR3 bus and JEDEC timing analysis. Small and portable, the Kibra 380 is controlled over USB using any Windows-based PC and offers state and timing waveform displays to allow fast debugging of DDR3 systems and memory controllers. Using non-intrusive slot interposer probes, the system provides loss-less capture of address, command and control signals (ADD/CMD/CNTRL). By focusing on state-based capture and excluding the data signals, the Kibra 380 allows quick analysis of DDR3 transactions. With its high impedance probing and specialized trigger logic, this self-contained solution can monitor a fully loaded memory bus and identify over 65 JEDEC bus event and timing violations in real time. Text-based decoding of commands including all physical address attributes (RA, CA, BA, CS) allow users to see and verify JEDEC ordering violations.

High Bandwidth probing solutionDA18000

The DA18000 is a very high bandwidth DC coupled differential amplifier with a true 100 Ω balanced input. It features high common mode rejection and low noise. The amplifier has unity gain, to maximize the signal to noise performance when used with the lower amplitude signal voltages common in higher data rate systems. The DA18000 is supplied with a short pair of input cables which are matched to an electrical propagation length of 2.5 ps. These cables eliminate the need to deskew and calibrate input channels for differential match. The DA18000 utilizes third generation digital response equalization for the most accurate magnitude and phase response.

WaveLink® probes provide industry leading technology for wideband signal connection to test instruments. The first differential probes to employ SiGe technology, they deliver full system bandwidth when used with WaveRunner, WavePro, WaveMaster, DDA, and SDA oscilloscopes up to 25 GHz.

High bandwidth, excellent common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and low noise make these active differential probes ideal for applications such as automotive development (e.g. FlexRay) and failure analysis, as well as wireless and data communication design. The ProBus interface allows sensitivity, offset and common-mode range to be displayed on the oscilloscope screen.

The ZS Series probes provide high impedance and an extensive set of probe tips and ground accessories to handle a wide range of probing scenarios. The high 1 MΩ input resistance and low 0.9 pF input capacitance mean this probe is ideal for all frequencies. The ZS Series probes provide full system bandwidth for all LeCroy oscilloscopes having bandwidths of 1 GHz and lower.

High Voltage Differential probesADP305, ADP300, AP031

Low cost active differential probes are intended for measuring higher voltages. The differential techniques employed permit measurements to be taken at two points in a circuit without reference to the ground, allowing the oscilloscope to be safely grounded without the use of opto-isolators or isolating transformers.

LeCroy current probes reach bandwidths of 100 MHz, peak currents of 700 A and sensitivities of 10 mA/div. Use multiple current probes to make measurements on three-phase systems or a single current probe with a voltage probe to make instantaneous power measurements. LeCroy current probes enable the design and testing of switching power supplies, motor drives, electric vehicles, and uninterruptible power supplies.

The PPE Series includes five fixed-attenuation probes covering a range from 2 kV to 20 kV, and one switchable probe providing ÷10/÷100 attenuation for voltage inputs up to 1.2 kV. All fixed-attenuation, standard probes automatically rescale compatible LeCroy oscilloscopes for the appropriate attenuation of the probe.

LeCroy passive probes automatically scale the oscilloscope waveforms without user input. Passive probes are the ideal tool for low frequency signals since circuit loading at these frequencies is minimized. Passive probes are designed to handle voltages of at least 400 V, some as high as 600 V.
