PROUDLY REPRESENTING THE TOWN OF INDEPENDENCE 2012 Sicilian Festival Queen Caitlin Corona was crowned at the festival Sunday afternoon.

SICILIAN ROYALTY. The 2012 Independence Sicilian Festival Queen was crowned by former queens. 2011 Queen Kristian Prescia, 2012 Queen Caitlin Corona, and 2010 Queen Lindsey Prima proudly represent their Sicilian heri-tage.

2012 INDEPENDENCE SICILIAN FESTIVAL QUEEN IS CROWNED. Caitlin Corona of Independence is crowned as the third queen of the festival. She is pictured here with her runners up Erin Ardillo and Brittany Danino.

2012 INDEPENDENCE ROYALTY CROWNED. On Sunday at the third annual Independence Sicilian Festival the new king and queen were crowned. Roger Navrra and Caitlin Corona will represent the festival this year.

CROWNING THE NEW QUEEN. The 2012 Independence Sicilian Festival Queen Caitlin Corona is crowned by the 2011 Queen Kristian Prescia. Also helping to crown the new queen is Kim Ragusa, the pageant direc-tor.
