Dear Mrs. Fish,
GB Cares is pleased to announce our new annual art contest. We hopethis contest will allow all the children in the school to participate. Therules, subject matter and prizes are described in the attached document.
We would like to request that the artwork be part of a class room lessonon community studies. The contest should not be sent home withstudents as homework. If the children want to work on their artwork athome that would be fine.
The artwork should be returned as a package (per-class) with the 3 beston top of the package. The three best can be determined by the teacher, school aide, principle, vote of the children, etc. GBC will review andmake the final decision for all the winners. All artwork should bereturned as one package from the entire school on or before June 3,2011.
Please call when all classes have completed the artwork to arrange for the submissions to be picked up or you can drop them off at 2 CyrusAvenue.
You can contact me at 646-220-8215 for any questions.
Thank you for participating.
Sincerely,
