Welcome to the 2011 Fitness First Central Coast Sevens!

Excitement is building for what is shaping as an electrifying third CC7s Tournament. The support received from our festival partners has been nothing short of magnificent and interest from teams has been outstanding both domestically and Internationally.

The field in this years event will be the strongest to date with teams from around Australia and the International Rugby community looking to launch their assault on the festival and the $30,000AUD Prize Pool. We are excited to provide a premier tournament to aid the ongoing development of the National program and provide a talent identification pathway for participating players in what is now an Olympic sport.

We are eagerly anticipating the electrifying on field action and magnificent festival atmosphere on the sidelines with Amusements, DJ Delicious, Fireworks Display and Cultural Celebrations ensuring a magnificent day of entertainment on and off the field.

We invite you to join the festivities surrounding the tournament at the official welcome night Friday 7 October at Wallarah Bay Recreation Club and again on Sunday 9 October at the Beachcomber Hotel for a magnificent cultural celebration showcasing a number of the cultures expected to participate at this years festival including Indigenous, Fijian & Maori.

This year we are pleased to be supporting the Cancer Council Call To Arms campaign in the fight against Cancer. We encourage everyone to get behind this cause that has far reaching effects within the community.

TACKLE CANCER HEAD ON!

The CC7s is encouraging everyone within the rugby community to support the Cancer Councils Call to Arms to assist in tackling cancer head on.

This year the Impact Rugby Team featuring a number of Sydney premier Rugby Players alongside former NRL Players including former Melbourne Storm champion Matt Geyer will be wearing special kit with the Call to Arms Logo in a show of support for the cause.
