Evaluation 2008 Comments

– Highly valuable to not only the individual participants, but also to the respective organisations who will be gaining significant extra benefit from participating staff members (mentor)

– I have had a difficult year professionally and I have found my mentor to be very supportive, helping me to gain perspective on issues and identify action points which I can address (mentee)

– For me the best part of the scheme is networking with other mentors and my mentee – sharing best practice and ideas (mentor)

– I have found it very useful for help with directing / evaluating and grounding at a time when I am undertaking

major changes in my life (mentee)
