Level I – Gold Level $5,000 Visible partnership with the American Cancer Society, the world’s largest voluntary

health organization devoted to fighting cancer. Your Company’s banner prominently displayed at the event (provided by donor). Your Company’s logo prominently displayed on the event program and on the event

newsletters. Your Company’s logo in the event website. Your Company’s logo prominently displayed on back of all participant t-shirts. Representatives from Your Company’s will be invited to speak at the event kickoff

and at the opening ceremonies of the Relay For Life event. Your Company’s team commitment fee will be waived for two teams. Your Company’s logo prominently displayed on the event-sponsored promotional

brochures, posters and all materials. Your Company’s mentioned in all pre-event publicity in local publications. Your Company’s logo included on event thank you board. Your Company’s logo on an event track marker.

Level II – Silver Level $3,500 Visible partnership with the American Cancer Society, the world’s largest voluntary

health organization devoted to fighting cancer. Your Company’s banner displayed at the event (provided by donor). Your Company’s logo in the event program and the event newsletters. Your Company’s logo in the event website. Your Company’s logo printed on the back of all participant t-shirts. Representatives from Your Company’s will be invited to speak at the opening

ceremonies of the Relay For Life event. Your Company’s team commitment fee waived for one team. Your Company’s logo displayed in event-sponsored promotional brochures, posters

and materials. Your Company’s logo included on event thank you board. Your Company’s logo on an event track marker.

Level III – Bronze Level $1,500 Visible partnership with the American Cancer Society, the world’s largest voluntary

health organization dedicated to fighting cancer. Your Company’s banner displayed at the event (provided by donor). Your Company’s mentioned in the event program and the event newsletters. Your Company’s logo printed on the back of all participant t-shirts. Your Company’s team commitment fee waived for one team. Your Company’s included on event thank you board.

2010 Relay For Life of Downtown West Palm Beach Sponsorship Proposal

The Luminaria Program & Survivor Program must be made available for a minimum of $1,000. Final values of all sponsorship opportunities are determined by individual Relay For Life events.

Luminaria Program Sponsor $1,000 minimum (see above) Your Company’s name will appear on a sign at the event as the Luminaria Program sponsor.

Your Company’s may have a spokesperson for the Luminaria Program. Your Company’s will receive publicity in all event newsletters. Your Company’s name will appear on the event’s thank-you board. Your Company’s name will appear on the event’s luminaria flyers.

Survivor Program Sponsor $1,000 minimum (see above) Your Company’s name will appear on a sign at the event as the Survivor Program sponsor.

Your Company’s may have spokesperson for the Survivor Program Your Company’s will receive publicity in all event newsletters. Your Company’s name will appear on the event’s thank-you board. Your Company’s name will appear on the event’s survivor flyers.

Hope Sponsor $250 minimum (see above) Your Company’s name will appear on a sign as the Hope Sponsor. Your Company’s name will appear on the thank-you board at the event.
