Requests are subject to a subordination processing fee of $150.00. *A Rush request for 2 business day processing is an additional $75.00 fee.* Failure to remit payment will delay processing of your subordination request.

Completed Subordination Checklist

FEDEX/UPS/USPS return label - required for shipping .

Copy of the Subordination Agreement – Can be prepare by Title Company.

Completed 1003 – UNIFORM RESIDENTIAL LOAN APPLICATION or credit application for HELOC/HE.

Completed 1008 – UNDERWRITING TRANSMITTAL FORM or credit approval documentation HELOC/HE.

PRELIMINARY TITLE REPORT - Must show vesting, legal description, effective date & our recorded l ien(s).

Completed UNIFORM RESIDENTIAL APPRAISAL REPORT w/Pictures or AVM.

A check for the processing fee of $150.00 (fee is non-refundable). Check made payable to Technology Credit Union.

Copy of the Settlement Statement
