These fully carpeted, weather-ready suites are furnished with heating & air conditioning, a mini-refrigerator, a flat-screen cable TV, and leather furniture. Each suite also comes with its own private balcony with premium, cushioned stadium seats. A host of catering options, from ballpark fare to fine dining, is available to complete your event.

Each suite rents for $600 and includes 25 tickets. You can also purchase up to fiveadditional tickets to entertain extra guests.

This open-air, patio is located on the suite level near first base and is open exclusively to Party Deck guests. The area accommodates up to 100 guests and includes padded, balcony seats plus a 90-minute ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT buffet for the affordable price of $26.00 per person.

The buffet menu includes hot dogs, hamburgers, grilled chicken breasts, garden salad, macaroni and cheese, corn on the cob, potato salad, BBQ baked beans, potato chips, and assorted cookies! Iced tea, lemonade, and water are also included.

On three select dates, the Hot Rods offer a special ballpark experience for area churches, choirs, and youth groups. Each Faith & Family Night features a live performance by a Christian music recording artist and a pre-game discussion of faith featuring Hot Rods players.

Scout niGHtBring Your scouts to the park on May 15!On Saturday, May 15 at 7:05 PM, the Hot Rods will host Scout Night! Experience Kentucky’sBest Entertainment Value for $12 per scout! A portion of tickets sold will go back to the scouts councils!

For attending the game, each scout will receive: • Box seat ticket to the game• Hot Rods scout patch• Pre-game parade on the field• Post-game camp out on the field• Watch a movie on the video board

youtH tEam outinGStake the Field with the Hot Rods!It’s always fun to see the excitement on a little leaguer’s face when they attend a pro baseball game. It’s even better to watch them take the field with the Hot Rods! Youth teams can enjoy the fun and excitement of a Hot Rods game together with specially priced tickets, and one team per game can even join the team on the field for the National Anthem. It’s a memory that’ll last a lifetime!

EDucation DayS

The Hot Rods host two Education Day games (April 13 & May 5) so teachers can use a day at the ballpark as a real-life learning experience. The Hot Rods offer schools specially designed lesson plans, in a variety of subjects and grade levels, which can be used to teach students before, during, and after their visit to Bowling Green Ballpark. As a convenience, your school can even purchase specially priced tickets which include lunch!

Can’t make it on Education Day? Schedule a special outing just for your school! Sit together, cheer together, and we’ll even welcome your school on the stadium message board. You can even bring your school mascot and have your principal throw out a pre-game first pitch!

How to Book Your Group outing in 2010:1) When should I book my group outing? In general, you should book your group outing as soon as possible. Our group outings are very popular and seats sell out quickly!2) What if I need help in making my decision? Call your group representative. We realize that booking group outings is new to some. That’s why we are here to help. We want friends for life, so we’ll make sure we create the outing that fits your specific needs. 3) How do I pay for a group outing? Booking a group outing with us is extremely easy. In fact, you can do it over the phone. You give us the information, and we’ll set up your event. We do require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. The balance is due 14 days prior to your group outing.4) What type of catering do you offer? All areas have a variety of food options. Just ask, and we’ll help design your menu.5) Do you have fundraising opportunities? Yes, we do. It typically consists of your group or organization purchasing tickets and then re-selling them to raise money for your cause. Again, call a group representative and they can assist you with this process.
