Adventure Events: Hot Air Ballooning: Imagine yourself in the wicker basket of a hot air balloon, gently lifting off in the Adirondacks giving you a view of the countryside and memories for the rest of your life. The whole experience lasts roughly 3 hours, including balloon deployment, flight, and landing

reception. This is a daily activity; but you have to sign up on-line or by phone. Check our website for details.

Saddle Up: Take a relaxing 1-hour ride through spectacular Adirondack forest trails astride a different kind of saddle. Location is 20 minutes from Lake George,

departs every 1/2 hr starting at 10am Tues-Thurs. Check our website for details.

White Water Rafting: Discover the beauty and excitement of whitewater rafting on a scenic river. Rafts (with professional guides) carrying up to 10 will carry you and your friends through Class II and III rapids. At the end of this downriver adventure, you’ll be bussed back to the start. Friday Dinner Spectacular by Tour Master:

At The Great Escape amusement park, don’t miss the exciting night of food, rides, entertainment, special awards, and over $30,000 in door prizes. Cap the evening off with Tour Master’s outstanding Fireworks Show with synchronized music. Afterwards you can party and dance into the

evening with Bobby Dick & the Sundowners. Gates open at 6:15pm, for dinner ticket holders. The first 1000 motorcycles get to park inside The Great Escape. Dinner includes an all-you-can-eat buffet including Baked Ziti, Chicken Piccata, Honey Glazed Carrots, Veggies with dip, Caesar Salad, rolls and fountain drinks from 6:45 - 7:45 pm.

Before dinner, you’ll be amazed by the thrilling professional water show, and you can ride the Giant Ferris Wheel, the thrilling new Sasquatch and others-Free. Americade Special: jump in a Go-Cart for 1/2 price till 8:30 pm. It’ll be a night to remember!

Scavenger Hunt: The Hunt is BACK! Find the towns listed on our special map, look for the 3 specially marked locations, then get your card stamped. Enjoy the beautiful country & quaint towns en route. Saturday Party on Prospect:

Americaders, join the Saturday parade, or get tickets to the charity barbecue picnic, and you can be Partying on Prospect, with music, food, performers and LOT$ of door prizes.

To make parking even faster, this year we’re skipping the class photo. The BBQ picnic includes your choice of Chicken Teriyaki or mouth-waterin’ Marinated Ribs, served quickly by the

Lake George Rotary Club. All proceeds go to local charities.

The local Ben & Jerry’s shop even provides free ice cream to the first 1000 (wristbanded) Americaders!

Then the world champion Central Florida Precision Motorcycle Drill Team will display their amazing close-riding skills. Door prizes will be drawn at the conclusion of the mid-day party.

Western Trails: New for 2010, try our shortest MiniTour. It takes you on a scenic 77 mile circle including a ride across a unique bridge over raging rapids rushing into the Hudson River.
