• Installed the 40,000 gallon cistern tank on Wednesday 1/13/10.

• Set the Energy Recovery Units on the roof on 1/12/10.

• Completed stair 1 at the HQ.

• Placed the low roof at the VC on Tuesday 1/12/10.

• The installation of the west and east buck hoist is about 90% complete.

• Started framing and forming for the upper roof at the VC.

• Pouring the 37ft columns at the VC is ongoing.

• Started hanging the steel for stair 3 at the east end of the HQ.

• All the Air Handling Units will be delivered and placed on the HQ by the end of next week.

• Formed and poured the south entry stoop at the HQ

• Will place concrete pans at stair 2 beginning next week.

• Started putting sheetrock on interior partitions.

• MEP above ceiling rough-in is continuing up the building with the 1st

floor nearly complete.
