#2000 FREEWHEELER
The Freewheeler saves horsepower by reducing the drag cre-ated by the fan. With a Freewheeler the racer can discon-
nect the fan for qualifying or for races when the fan is not
needed. To disconnect the fan simply remove the cross bolt.
Two precision bearings allow the fan to rotate freely on the
mandrel assembly. To re-engage the fan the cross bolt must
be re-installed and the locknut tightened. The Freewheeler
features a CNC machined aluminum mandrel and billet hous-ing. The housing is red anodized for a long lasting durable
appearance.

Right Foot Performance Products is the originator of the slotted washer type spin-
dle lock nut. Our spindle nuts have become the industry standard for Wide 5 and
GN hubs. Unlike other spindle nuts, with our locking system, you dont have to
compromise optimum wheel bearing adjustment by loosening or tightening the
lock nut to align with the nearest washer tang. Due to the unique design of ourslotted lock washer the nut can be locked in any position providing infinite adjust-
ment. Wheel bearing torque can be precisely adjusted. This is especially impor-
tant if you are running pre-set bearings. Additionally all parts are designed and
built to provide a long service life. None of the parts arconsumable like the tab-
style tanged washer used with many wheel bearing nuts. Note; our locking and
thrust washers are designed to be a tight fit on the spindle. Because of this some
filing of the washers, and especially the tang on the washers, may be required.

SWAY BAR ADJUSTERS
& ARMS
Right Foot developed the anti-roll bar adjuster system for oval track cars which use a double
splined anti-roll bar. Our adjuster system uses a CNC machined billet adjuster with a detented
adjustment screw that locks at each half round. The standard dog leg adjusters have a 30 de-
gree drop. Our 0 Drop adjusters were developed for Big Bar-Soft Spring cars on which ground
clearance is critical. The 0 Drop adjusters position the arm at the centerline of the adjuster pro-
viding additional ground clearance. 0 Drop adjusters also give the chassis builder the opportu-
nity to position the sway bar lower in the chassis, lowering the cars center of gravity.
This adjuster system provides some significant advantages when compared to a typical arm/linkage setup.
These are:
During race chassis tuning by allowing the pit crew to perform quick, precise sway bar preload adjust-
ments during pit stops. Adjustments can be made without removing the right front tire.
Indexing of the splines on the sway bar and arms is no longer critical because the adjuster compensates for
spline alignment.
Allows the use of the same arm for 1, 1-, 1- & 1-3/4 diameter roll bars. The arms are also inter-changeable from side to side when using a Right Foot Arm Holder (P/N 2721).
Allows the use of your existing splined sway bars and left side arms.
Arms can be bent to fit the chassis.
Adjusters can be purchased with or without arms.
Solid Arms now available. Can be substituted for standard milled arms: 1-1/4 = #2719,
1-1/2 & 1-3/4 = #2723, 1-3/4 = #2769.

PANHARD
BAR COMPONENTS
This bracket simplifies panhard bar adjust-ment. To raise or lower the panhard bar alla racer has to do is loosen the bracketclamp bolt and turn the upper or lower ad-usting nut to raise or lower the bar. Thenretighten the clamp bolt. 4- of verticaladjustment is available. The brackets are
made from steel, bolt together and can bemounted on either side of the front bearingsupport. The bolt together feature alsoallows a racer to replace parts that mayhave been crash damaged. The bracketsweigh approximately 7#.

All weight jacks are not created equal! Many weight jacks act on the spring far below the horizonta
centerline of the spring plate. Most weight jacks only allow one or two degrees of relative move-
ment between the spring plate and jack bolt. These design flaws cause the weight jack to impose
bending load on the spring which binds the suspension as it arcs thru its travel. This is contrary to
basic chassis design principles. The Swivler was designed to eliminate typical weight jack design
flaws. Swivlers pivot at the horizontal centerline of the spring plate and allow the spring cup to piv
as the spring moves thru suspension travel. A Swivler frees up the suspension because the spring
cup pivots on our custom-made jack bolt ball & socket system. This makes the suspension more
consistent and repeatable. Swivlers can be used on front and rear suspension.
Standard Welded Swivler Welded Swivler uses a 3-1/4 spring pilot welded to spring plate. All Swivlers use a custom-made pivot ball and socket with high-strength stud 1 coarse thread jack bolts available in 4, 6 & 8 lengths. Jack bolts are solseparately. Welded Swivler = 1.9#, 4 Jack Bolt = .7#, 6 Jack Bolt = 1.05#,8 Jack Bolt =1.4#.
All Jack Bolts are tapped to fit a 7/16-20 Stud.
Pro Swivlers use a Swivler spring plate with a series of interchangeable bolt-on spring pilot tubes. Spring pilot tubes are laser cut. Pilot tubes are available in 1/4 increments toprecisely fit the pilot to the inside diameter of the spring. 3025 Swivler = 3-1/4 Pilot, 3026 Swivler = 3-1/2 Pilot, 3027 Swivler = 3-3/4Pilot, 3028 Swivler = 4 Pilot One spring pilot is provided with each Swivler. Pilot tubes can be purchasedseparately. 1 coarse jack bolts are available in 4, 5.5, 6 & 8 lengths. Jack bolts aresold separately.

BUMP STOPSRight Foot Performance Bump Stops were developed for Asphalt Late Models running
Big Bar-Soft Spring set-ups. Both our External Bump Stops and Coil Over Bump Stops
allow the racer to easily adjust bump stop engagement height to control and tune the
drop of the cars front end. The Bump Stops use our proven Poly Spring Bushings which
can be easily changed to help with the tuning process. Eight durometers of Poly Spring
Bushings are available. Bushings can be mixed to change progression of Bump spring
rate. The operating length of our Bump Stops can be adjusted making them simple to
install on any chassis.
EXTERNAL BUMP STOPS Bump engagement can be tuned by adjusting the upper bushing plate.
1.5 of adjustment is available.
Because these Bump Stops are independent of the coil overs they are
easy to install and adjust.
Bump travel can be measured with the use of the built-in travel indica-
tor.
Comes standard with two yellow poly spring bushings.
#6000 Bump Stop is designed for use on the front of the car. #6015 is
designed for use on the left rear.
Static length of #6000 Bump Stop is 15.5. Static length of #6015
Bump Stop is 16.5. Length can be changed by adjusting the rod ends

Most coil over shock absorbers have a basic shortcoming!The upper spring plate is mounted to th
rod end in a rigid fashion. As the spring is loaded bowing occurs and an uneven pressure is exerted
on the spring plate. Because the spring plate is rigidly mounted a side or bending force is exerted
the shock shaft. This force equates to additional friction as the shock shaft travels in and out whic
affects the characteristics of the shock. The binding cant be controlled which causes inconsisten
handling. As a general rule this problem worsens when larger 5 springs are used.
With a Swivler the top of the spring is at the ball centerline and the upper spring plate is free torotate 15in all directions. This eliminates the unknown affect spring bowing and friction have on
shock rates.This has been tested and proven on the Roehrig-Enders Advanced Spring Tester.Your
shock dyno values will be actual and repeatable. The end result is a predictable, consistent race
car. Swivlers are available for all brands of shocks and can be used with 2.5, 3 and 5 springs.

Our new Spring Plate System is de-
signed to make adjusting coil overs
a lot easier. Check out these features& benefits.
System uses a needle roller bearing w/ thrust washers un-
der shock absorber rod end to allow easy preloading of
spring. Its often possible to adjust preload w/o jacking the
car.
Upper spring plate is slotted for fast spring changes.
A CNC formed lock bar is provided to maintain upper spring
plate alignment on the shock rod when the car is jacked up. Allspring plates have holes so spring can be tie strapped to
spring plate.
3186-62 & 3187-62 spring plates fit Penske Shocks, or any
shock with a 5/8 rod.
3173-56 & 3174-56 fit PRO Shocks or any shock with a
9/16 Rod. Some slight grinding of the spring plate will be
needed to fit QA1 Shocks.
3174-50 spring plate fits Integra Shocks with a 1/2 Rod.
P/N 3080 can be used to adapt 2.5 spring plate to 3.0.
The lower spring plate adjuster nut fits Penske Shocks with
fine threads or the new ACME threads on the shock body.
Lower spring plate adjuster nut features dove tail notches
to fully engage laser cut spanner wrench.No More Busted
Knuckles. The Spanner Wrench cant slip out of the spring

The #4500 Torque Link is our most popular torque link. Its being used on thousands of race cars because of its high performance features.
Engineered for maximum forward bite under all track conditions. Sealed bearing housings and chrome plated 3/4 diameter solid shaft assurebind-free consistent performance and maximum durability. Uses 6-5/8 x 5 OD springs (sold separately). Use 1,050# spring for slick con-ditions. Use 1,200# spring for most other track conditions. Spring can be easily changed so the pit crew can tune the car to meet trackconditions. Small polyurethane bushing aids corner entry handling. Built-in travel indicator shows acceleration axle movement.

Small Poly Spring Torque Links use the same race-winning design as our #5500
Series Torque Links, only they are smaller and weigh only 5.85 lbs (Apprx). The 4580 is designed for dirt cars where its compact size and light weight areimportant. The 4585 is designed for Asphalt cars that cant use our Accel/ DecelSystem (or similar) or to replace 3rd Links using old fashion rubber bushings. Polyurethane bushings provide a progressive consistent spring rate. Bushings can be purchased separately & are available in five durometers;Green - Very Soft, Orange - Medium Soft, Yellow - Soft, Blue - Medium &Red - Hard. additional spring rate selection & tune-ability. Seven hardnesses of poly bushings are avail-able. Maintenance is simple. Periodic lubrication of either bearing housing grease fitting is theonly service required. This torque link is not recommended for inexperienced racers.
Secondary Spring Torque Links provide the ultimate in tune-
ability. Torque links can be adjusted for changing track con-
ditions by adjusting the engagement of the poly bushings.
The engagement of the poly spring bushings is adjusted us-
ing the internal adjuster nut (as shown in the photo).
Floating front spring plate allows simple preload adjustment
of main spring & permits quick & easy spring changes.
The 4590 is approximately 17 long and works good on cars
where space is a consideration.
The 4590XL torque link is approximately 19 long and allows
more main (wire) spring travel then our standard 4590 torque
link. The additional travel has proven to provide superior
traction.

REBOUND LINKS
Are you tired of your chain getting jerked? Right Foot has
the answer. The Rebound Link bolts into the limiter chain on
the LR and/or RR and cushions the car on hike up. The
Rebound Link can also be used to tie down the car and
limit bar angle. Rebound Link comes standard with two 60
durometer bushings. The durometer and number of bushings
used can be easily changed to tune the effect of the Rebound
Link. This part is not IMCA legal.

Rear Axle Tracking Controller
Tracking Controllers are used to control rear axle movement. All of ou
controllers use rugged sealed bearing housings and a chrome plated
shaft to assure bind-free consistent performance. Specially developed
poly bushings are used to allow axle movement. Three durometers of
bushings; Red - hard, Blue - medium and Yellow - soft are available so
our controllers can be tuned to car and track conditions.
DIRT TRACK CONTROLLERS
Installs in place of upper radius rod on right rear. Can used on upper and lower right side radius rods if spring not attached to birdcage. Poly bushings are compressed under deceleration andbraking as pulling force is applied to controller. Allows right rear to steer back at the optimum time to hsteer car into corner. Can be configured with one to three poly bushings to pduce your desired axle oversteer travel. Bushing hardness can be mixed to produce desired traprogression.

Tracking Controllers are used to control rear axle movement. All of our control-
lers use rugged sealed bearing housings and a chrome plated shaft to assure bind-

POLYURETHANE (POLY) BUSHINGS
Our Polyurethane (Poly) bushings are designed for racing and work great in torque links, tracking controllers and as bumpstops. The bushings have a very progressive spring rate, starting soft and quickly ramping up. Because our bushings aredesigned for racing they provide excellent performance when dynamically loaded plus offer good abrasion and solvent resis-tance. Poly bushings are sold separately and are available in a variety of durometers and sizes as shown below.
The P/N 4563BK, 4563N, 5508BK and 5508N bushings use a proprietary material that is more resilient and durable, but alsomore expensive. Because of the material, the bushings have a longer life cycle then our standard bushings and our competi-tors poly bushings. The 5508O Bushing is new for 2009 and is a very soft 55 durometer bushing for use on very dry slicktracks in the South West.
To achieve an effective spring rate poly bushings should always have a washer in between, when stacked and also on bothsides. Right Foot has a variety of washers available to fit different shock rods and component shafts. Check the Bump StopComponents page for washer part numbers.

Right Foots Accel/Decel System (AC/DC System) utilizes a unique design that iso-
lates deceleration and braking forces, and acceleration forces through the use oftwo separate link rods. The Accel (lower) Link is loaded (pulling force applied)
while the car is accelerating. The Decel (upper) Link is loaded (pushing force ap-
plied) while the car is braking and decelerating. The operating angles of the link
rods are individually adjustable because of our unique Rear Axle Link. This per-
mits the racer to tune the forward traction and corner exit characteristics sepa-
rately from the deceleration and braking characteristics. Additional adjustment is
available by adjusting the system preload or by changing the durometer of the
poly bushings. The AC/DC System improves performance on all types of race
tracks from flat to high banked. This System has provided a winning advantageto racers across the country. The System can be installed on new cars and retro-
fit onto existing cars using our laser cut mounting brackets. Installation and tun-
ing instructions are provided with every AC/DC System.

Accel/Decel System mounting brackets are custom designed to fit specific chas-

SHOCK ABSORBER HEIGHT ADJUSTER
This new race winning product is designed to
help you make the most of pre-race practice
and test time. The shock height adjuster al-
lows wedge and height adjustment without
acking up the car. With an adjuster installedspring preload adjustments can be made as
usual and then fine-tuning can be quickly done
with the height adjuster. The crew no longer
has to wait for the shocks to settle down.
When a shock height adjuster is installed on
cars with big bar / soft spring set ups the car is
easily adjusted tominimize ground clearance.
When bump stops are used on the shocks the
height adjuster allows the crew to tailor when
the bump stops become effective.

Our new Modular Upper Control Arm features a unique 1-piece U-tube with an outboard mounted ball joint pro
viding the ultimate in spring clearance, even for cars running 5 springs. This control arm fits all popular 6
centerline mounting hole applications and can also be installed in straddle mounts. The I-beam cross shaft is
slotted providing 1 of fore and aft caster adjustment. An optional key set, P/N 9936 is available to ensure
consistent caster adjustment. 5/8 Teflon-lined male rod ends are used for smooth, bind-free operation. The
effective length of the control arm can be adjusted 3/4 which reduces the number of parts you have to carry.
This control arm was designed to be cost effective. In the event of a crash individual parts can be replaced.
The control arms can be purchased completely welded or as kits. When purchased as a kit you can cut the
U-tube to length and assemble in house permitting complete length coverage without having to invest in ex-
cessive control arm inventory.
