Dave: I think it best that I get over to Pineview next week, weather permitting. I have a uneasy feeling that if I wait another week or two travel over the hill is going to be impossible due to weather. I've proposed Thursday the 19th to Brenda. It will be a one-day trip for me. It would be great if you could join me, but I understand/appreciate your schedule. If your schedule has potential, here's an idea: you could spend the night in Sac Wednesday eve, and I could pick you up Thursday morning for the all-day marathon...........I know, sounds like fun, huh? But I'd do all the driving so you could sleep in the car/truck, just like the good old days back at "The Park". She's informed me that the HOA has hired a new group (SPC) to conduct the sampling and analyses for effluent/influent and groundwater parameters. What I think might work is conducting a visit as we planned earlier, assessing current and potential sampling locations, and designing a monitoring plan for this new group to implement. At the same time we can meet w/ this new group to get a sense of their level of competence. This would obviously still require you and I to go over the hill and spend 1/2 a day poking around the Pineview system. This will likely not happen until after Thanksgiving, but should happen before the weather makes it impossible. How's your schedule look the 1st week in December? I'm working at home tomorrow (530/ 297-1594) if you want to discuss, otherwise I'll be in the office on Thursday. Aaron,

Do you have a list of analysis parameters and locations that you would like to have sampled ?

I have not seen a discharge permit

Ill come up with a suggested frequency and duration as we discussed

If you would like me to put the suggested locations and analysis together, let me know

    Take Care, Dave
