Our Position

• We have been very open minded and tried to be fair in all conclusions and judgments

• We have taken the farmer’s perspective• “Show me the benefits”• Kate and Garr Thomas have been very matter

of fact and have NOT distorted the facts.

We got good comments on the work

Page 4: 2009 BMR Silage Corn Data

We wondered what would happen

• Short window of time from application to harvest…How can Headline do anything in 45 days???

• Does plant health spray really make a difference?

• We did it right….good rate of carrier, right nozzles, used Hook surfactant to help make coverage even better……….

AWSOME COVERAGE @ 15GPA

Page 6: 2009 BMR Silage Corn Data

THIS IS REALLY NEAT….WE NEVER WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THIS

WOULD BE SO DRAMATIC

15 Different Side by Side Silage Trials

• All trials were with local farmers• Over 400 acres involved in the silage trials• 15 trials measured with reliable permanent

scales or TMR truck scales• One measured with on board yield monitor• All trials were with BMR silage varieties• All treated with 6 oz Headline, 4 oz Hook with

15 gallons water at about 90 PSI

One Sweet Corn Trial

• We were not sure if Headline could outperform the high rate Quilt

• It wound up paying for itself and making farmer more money
