I would like to thank you for all of the support that you have given the Bruins this season. In addition to the success on the ice, I am thrilled to see the atmosphere at the Garden return to a true home-ice advantage. This is in no small part due to the commitment that you have made to our team.

It’s an exciting time to be a Bruins fan. On the ice, the team has built upon the excitement of last year’s playoffs, and as a fan I am proud to say it has been a pleasure to watch. While acknowledging this season’s success to-date, I can speak for Peter Chiarelli, Cam Neely, Claude Julien and the rest of our Hockey Operations staff and players when I say that the true measure of our success will be found in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. We will continue to work tirelessly in hopes of having a strong post-season run this spring.

While this success is exciting, we are aware of the tough economic environment and have done our best to ensure that you, our most loyal fans, receive the most favorable Season Ticket Renewal Pricing possible.

I am pleased to announce that for accounts renewed by March 18, 2009, 95% of the Season Ticket Renewal Prices for next season will have no increases over last season’s published Season Ticket Prices, and 4% of the Season Ticket Renewal Prices will reflect discounts over last season’s published Season Ticket Prices.

In addition, in an effort to enhance your overall Season Ticket Holder experience, we are constantly striving to improve our Season Ticket Benefits and the personalized service provided by our Fan Relations department.

2. You can access your Renewal Invoice Summary by clicking “View/Pay Open Invoice.”

3. Take a minute to review your Renewal Invoice Summary details. Once finished, select continue.

4. Select the payment plan of your choice. Enter your billing information and select continue.

By providing your credit card information or by submitting your 10% initial payment, you are committing to Full-Season seats for the Bruins 2009-2010 season.

There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

To register for a payment plan, please check the appropriate box in MY BRUINS ACCOUNT or on the enclosed invoice.

If your initial payment is made via credit card, you will automatically be charged the remaining payments on that same credit card.

If your initial payment is made with any other form of payment, you will receive an invoice prior to the June payment due date.

The Bruins reserve the right to deem an account ineligible for the ten-month or the four-month payment plan based on payment history.

Additional charges for declined credit cards or bounced checks may apply.

OPTION 1: Credit Card Payments — Ten (10) Month Payment PlanYou will be charged 10 equal payments. Your first 10% payment is due by March 18. All following installments will be due on the 15th of every month from April to December.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR PAY-AS-WE-PLAY?By signing up for one of the available renewal payment options, you are eligible for the Pay-As-We-Play option for the 2009 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

WHAT DO MY 2009 STANLEY CUP PLAYOFF STRIPS INCLUDE?A 2009 Stanley Cup Playoff strip includes tickets to every potential Bruins home playoff game. There are four playoff rounds, including a maximum of four home games each.

WILL I HAVE THE SAME SEAT LOCATION FOR THE PLAYOFFS?Yes! Full Season Ticket Holders will enjoy the 2009 Stanley Cup Playoffs from their current seat location. You may also purchase additional playoff strips in the price categories of your choice (subject to availability).

WHAT IF I DO NOT WISH TO RENEW AT THIS TIME, BUT WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE 2009 STANLEY CUP PLAYOFF TICKETS?In order to participate in our Pay-As-We-Play program, you must be enrolled in one of the available payment options for the 2009-2010 season. This will also reserve your seats for the 2009-2010 season. If you do not wish to renew your plan at this time, you may pay in full for all games in Rounds 1 and 2 (30% of all 16 games).
