3 Remove the panel shown in Figure B.

4 Install the PCIII next to the battery(Fig. C).

5 Attach the ground wire of the PCIII tothe negative side of the battery.

1 Remove the bodywork panels shownin Figure A.

2 Remove the front fairing panel toaccess the battery.

6 Route the PCIII harness down theright side following the stock wiringharness.-Use the 2 stock plastic ties to securethe PCIII harness (Fig. D)

7 Locate the black rubber cover on theright hand side of the scooter thatcontains the injector connectors(Fig. E)

8 Unplug the 2 pin GREEN connectorand the 2 pin BLACK connector(Fig. F).

9 Plug the PCIII connectors in line withthe stock injector connectors (Fig. G). The PCIII ORANGE wires go to theGREEN connector for cylinder #1.The PCIII YELLOW wires go to theBLACK connector for cylinder #2.

10 Route the GREY wire of the PCIIIharness to the throttle body.Locate the Throttle Position Sensor onthe right side of the throttle body,below the air filter cover (Fig. H).

11 Unplug the TPS harness to gainaccess to the wiring harness.

12 Crimp the supplied wire tap to theYELLOW wire of the stock TPSharness (Fig. J).

13 Attach the GREY wire of the PCIII tothe wire tap (Fig. J).It is recommended to use dielectricgrease on these connections.

14 Plug the TPS back onto the throttlebody.

15 Reinstall all bodywork.
