A Note on the Governor General of Canada's Academic Medals

The prestigious Governor General of Canada's Academic Medal is awarded to the student who is considered to have achieved the most outstanding academic record in comparison to their graduating peers. The Silver medal is awarded to an undergraduate student at the Spring Convocation ceremony and the Gold medal is awarded to a graduate student at the Fall Convocation ceremony.
